It said to sign up for the App and receive free Pie, so I did but no code or coupon sent to me. I emailed issue and no response. Then when tried to scan the barcode with phone it said too old but there is No date on the bottom of receipt to do it by??!!
No way to pay without gimmicks

There is a new Your Pie that was recently built near me. I was going to order online so I downloaded the app. I was so annoyed because there are only 2 ways to pay: A. Using your card to preload at least 25 dollars into the app. Once the balance falls under 10 dollars, it auto charges your card again to bring he prepaid balance up to 25 dollars. OR B. Lumping all orders for the month into 1 large payment made on the 22nd of each month. There is no way to just charge your card regularly on a per order basis which just blows my mind. Because of this, I didn’t even go trough with the order. I ate somewhere else. Pretty lame.
Just about worthless

Let me start by saying we love Your Pie at my house. We were at the grand opening in Pooler, GA and when we moved to Atlanta we found another location to frequent. The app is fine... so long as you pay and order at the store. The points system has been turned upside down and now online orders are NOT to redeemable to earn points. You heard me right- THE ORDERS YOU PLACE ON YOUR PHONE GIVE YOU NO POINTS! But when you pay at the store, it’s your phone they scan so you can earn said points. Also the app could be more user friendly.
Do not honor their promises

Their app doesn't work for the rewards points the traditional way we as customers would use it and they know it and have no intensions of changing it.
You have to order through the app then pay in the store by the way.
They don't want to honor their promises to their customers.
When I emailed them, initially they doubted I ever purchased from the app.
When I sent them a copy of the receipt then they fessed up to how the rewards points worked and I'm sorry their is no way to get the past points back.
When I let them know they lost a regular customer due to lack of business integrity, then they asked for all my past receipts so they can provide points.
Really?! They know ppl don't save their receipts. SMH
Just go to blaze pizza, they act with integrity and value their costumers.
This company had a few good days but now they don't believe in valuing their customers.
