It always says invalid model or serial number I kept trying even with multiple units and nothing I even try the scanner and it doesnโt work
You have to register to use Copeland , and that's stupid in the first place. But the problem is that the registration page is broken, and it keeps asking for a valid telephone number. Wasted fifteen minutes of my time and my customer's money on this piece of garbage. It's as crappy as your compressors, this app.
Copeland gets stuck in the Registering new user mode and dies not stop. I let it go for over 20 minutes. Looks like the changes you made didn't work yetโฆ
Try opening app and just gives me an error, was working great.

I use Copeland all the time!! One of the best for this app information., parts, capacity, cross reference, etc.
If you do AC or refrigeration, Copeland is a God send. Unless you work on Tecumseh units; if so I'm sorry for your troubles.
Copeland is awesome. It comes in handy when in a job site at 2AM and youโre needing cross reference for an ancient compressor. Definitely recommend.
Copeland is good , however it could show mechanical diagrams and electrical diagrams.
