You have to register to use the app, and that's stupid in the first place. But the problem is that the registration page is broken, and it keeps asking for a valid telephone number. Wasted fifteen minutes of my time and my customer's money on this piece of garbage. It's as crappy as your compressors, Copeland.

The App gets stuck in the Registering new user mode and dies not stop. I let it go for over 20 minutes. Looks like the changes you made didn't work yet…

It always says invalid model or serial number I kept trying even with multiple units and nothing I even try the scanner and it doesn’t work
