Not reliable
Warning: do NOT count on this app to work at the polls, and be sure to write down your choices as a backup. I’d have given this 4 or 5 stars before I went to vote today. I’d entered my choices and the app showed them when I left my house. When I arrived at the poll, the app was not functioning (I forget the error message). I tried repeatedly, restarted my phone, finally deleted the app and reinstalled it, but the same error message appeared. A sympathetic poll worker could access the app on her phone, but (security feature) my votes were not marked. Now, three hours later, it’s working again but my choices were not saved.

While using this app I accidentally entered in the wrong address and noticed that the sample ballot provided only listed the nominees of a certain party and did not provide any information of the other nominees. Once I entered my correct address the application listed only the nominees for the party I registered to back when I turned 18. This app should not be limiting information like this.

Unavailable on Election Day
When I got to the poll booth and tried to open the app, I see “unavailable for service “. So, all of the saved choices I made ahead of time were not available for me to see and I had to rely on memory. Neither useful nor reliable for its intended purpose.
