며칠전부터 앱을 처음열때 로딩타임이 꽤 길어졌으며, ‘로그인 실패’라는 팝업창이 뜨고, 직접 로그인 하려고 해도 1분 이상 페이지가 열리지 않는데 저만 이런건가요?
5월 가정의 달이라 쇼핑 좀 많이 하려는데, 통 뭘 살 수가 없네요. 앱 안정화가 아니라 아예 앱을 사용 못하게 해놨네요.아마 온라인 5월 매출이 팍 줄어들듯..

물건 살때마다 본인인증 3번씩 해야함.

로그인 하면 본인인증 한번. 물건 고르면 본인인증 한번. 결제할때 또다시 본인인증 한번. 게다가 매번 비밀번호까지 바꿔줘야 함.
이러니 다들 쿠팡을 쓰지.. 결제 하는데에 5초 걸리는 쿠팡. 10분 걸리는 SSG. 고객센터에 문의해도 어쩔 수 없으니 참으라는 답변 뿐. 회사 실적이 감소하는건 이런 사소한 디테일 때문에 벌어지는 결과입니다. 저만 그런게 아니고 커뮤니티 가봐도 SSG 는 왜 이러냐는 글이 수둑한데 담당자들은 나몰라라. 본인들이 뭘 잘못 개발한지 원인 파악도 못하시는듯 한데.. 이런게 쌓여서 연 매출 수 조원이 날라가는 겁니다 ㅋㅋ
