The icon used to be black and you used to be able to download Instagram videos into your gallery just by putting the link in.
It was THAT awesome and simple.
Now it’s talking about slowing videos down and crap, and I can’t download vids anymore (which was the whole point of me having instdown) used to be amazing, so I can’t just give it a 1 star, instdown USED to be 5 star worthy, now it’s actually 1 star limp pp energy.

Hi , i have this problem in the application when i copy the link and i open instdown to download the video , i press the download button but it doesn’t download the video it only shows me the video and allows me to nake it faster or slower and copy the video’s description , and the story button doesn’t appear I can’t download stories . I hope you fix this problem but the application is very good and nice and i will rate it 5 stars for helping the application to grow more .

Hey , this is a really good app and I have been using it for a long time . But it’s been a while that it doesn’t work so good like before . For example if i put a link which contains ( more than a picture) it won’t download all the pictures in the post , only downloads the first pic . Hope u fix it

Downloads Instagram videos from provided link and gives you the options to play is “Slow”, slow motion, or “Nurmal”, the original speed. I was expecting a way to save the video, but it’s only a way to view the video. Could easily be a 5 star app if it had the option to save, but for now, it’s only perk is to view a video in slow motion, which I don’t see myself using over the native Instagram app.

Tl;dr - Runs smooth and hasn’t crashed. Unfortunately doesn’t have an option to save the video.

There is an issue with downloading some videos. Some of them work just fine and others dont work at all and i think its region linked
The program is really good please fix this issue 🙏🏻

What gives? I have used instdown for a year and loved it! Now all of a sudden, you do an update, and first it would not work at all, so I had to delete and reinstall, and now when I try to save a picture, it tells me videos can only be viewed in slow motion! First of all, I was trying to save a picture, not a video, and second, why would I want to view and save any videos in slow motion?? This makes no sense to me; I don’t know why you changed instdown, but I will be deleting it and looking for another!! Horrible thing to do!!!!!!!

before I used the application very well but suddenly after your update it becomes annoying, after having the url of the photo, it kind of messy message that appears, and I can not download the Photo,what’s wrong?

I’d be a little more impressed with the application if it were full screen video playback not just a tiny window love that you can play pause and slow down the video but what is the point if you can’t see the video in the first place fix this for a better rating thank you

Hi. I have beeb download instdown for very long time but about one week it’s not worked for me. When i put the video link in instdown and click to download, just show me PLEASE WAIT without any downloading message

It’s simple and does the job. I absolutely love it. Only thing I noticed recently is I can’t download pics or videos if I’m not on wifi. It won’t let me. Before I could using data.

This program is easy to use and useful but please cut down on the commercials it's completely annoying thank you

There are some other app, but none of them is complete and Free like this one! You can enjoy seeing and downloading post, videos ,even long video with help of instdown

The whole point of instdown was to be able to download videos from other peoples pages on Instagram. I had to re-download instdown when I got a new phone. They did an update we're literally downloads it and just plays it and you have an option to watch in slow motion with no audio. Does not let you say that there is no button that says save or download. Delete it and find another one 🤷🏽‍♂️

Hi i have problem since 1 day ago with instdown
When i copy link ( as always) and press key for downloading, app reply the link is unvalid but the link is as same as always

For days now I can’t download anything
Each time a copy a link and paste it
It will say “this is unvalid link “ can you guys do something about it

Hello, do not be bored, the program has a problem, it can not be downloaded, neither the clip nor the photo can be downloaded, it has a connection error, please fix it

I had instdown for a little over or close to a year now and I loved it! (Before I go further I should probably say that I never intentionally update anything on my phone not even the latest iOS)

It allowed me to save any video from Instagram directly to my camera roll with just one click, which is perfectly what I wanted to be done, simple and easy

BUTTTT, a week a ago my phone got water damaged and I had to get a new phone which forced me into new updates for all my apps that worked smoothly beforehand.
Which brings us here. Me writing this bad review even though I really don’t want to but I do it in hopes that the developers will see this and revert to the old features and the way the were.

Only I can see the video faster or slower an coy the discripton.
Before that videos were saved automatically in gallery

I have used your app for years now but I recently updated it and anytime I try downloading it says invalid link.. Can you please look into that. Your app is good and love it..

I am rating this 5 stars because I really think instdown deserves five stars I wanted to download this really cool edit I found on insta but couldn’t till I found instdown all I gotta say is instdown is the best to download any videos of instagram

This used to be the best app, but many changes has made it useless. If an account is private - even if you are a friend of that account - it won’t allow you to download the pictures anymore. My son travels a lot and posts pictures on Instagram, and knows I download his pictures. Now I can’t even do that. I’ve deleted instdown. It is no longer the quality that it was and no longer of use.

I used to love instdown!!! It was so simple and easy to use. I would copy the link of the insta post and just paste it into instdown. Then boom! The video saves into my gallery. I used instdown for audios pretty much. Then the update came along. ALL YOU CAN FREAKING DO IS WATCH THE VID IM EITHER, NORMAL OR SLOW!!? LIKE WHAT THE HECK? It's called Inst DOWN for a freaking reason. To DOWNload videos from INSTagram!! FIX THIS PIECE OF CRAP!! IF I COULD, I WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE THIS A STAR AT ALL! DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!! I REPEAT. DO NOT DOWNLOAD. UNLESS YOU JUST WANT TO SEE THE VID IN SLOW MOTION OR NORMAL!!

The download link for Instagram has changed again, and now you can't download multiple images at once. Please upgrade instdown . Thank you!

instdown is amazing! It does exactly what is supposed to do and it does it well. I recommend everyone instdown specially if you're heavy on Instagram. Just download it and try it. The creators did a wonderful job on this, much props.

The option to download Instagram status disappeared in last update.

instdown can’t download pictures and movies from instagram
It can download from instagram but now it can’t.
Can’t take movies from instagram why? What’s it problem?
