I just downloaded JustSalad to make ordering easier and to get rewards. However it is super glitchy and I had to restart it several times to even be able to click “view menu” when making a new delivery order. On top of that, when I finally got through, it told me that my delivery location was outside their delivery area - but I order all the time online and it works.

I have used JustSalad for a month because payed for their monthly unlimited bowl and requires to use JustSalad to scan each time at resister. To use JustSalad, you have to enter your card info. Why? I payed already. My suspicion was right. I got chartered on my card, on top of I have already prepayed monthly meal plan. I emailed them, each time there is different person replied, and told me they have put credit on JustSalad . Never refunded, then when I tried to use the credit, it wasn’t there and I got charged on my card again.

JustSalad allows customers to place orders even if the place is closed. There is no way to understand if the location is closed or open beforehand. When this is brought up to the customer service team, they offer no support and become aggravated that a customer would ask for basic services…

I’m never going to a Just Salad again when there’s Sweetgreen, Chopt, and a million other salad shops nearby that don’t leave you hungry.

Ordering On JustSalad needs to match ordering on the website. For example on the website if I want to add apples times five it’s easily done. There is no way to do that on JustSalad and it’s very frustrating. If you want 2x any item you seemingly can’t. Because of this I always then have to go order on the website

Unable to add credit card information on JustSalad on my iPhone 8. I added payment information On my iPad then it was added to the account on iPhone. The feature to pay in store is not available on the updated app.

Not sure why these would not already be feature’s, but why can you not save your preferred location and also save your meal/salad that you order daily? I’m sure ALL users will gain from those 2 features. Thanks!

While I always enjoy the salads and they usually come as I order them placing the order has become difficult. I used to order on line and there was a provision for reordering previous orders. This was very convenient especially when pressed for time or on the run Ordering on line is no longer available. It’s impossible to sign in. I now use the just salad app but there is no place on the form to view and or reorder previous order so I have to start all over again. Definitely do able but it would be nice to just reorder previous order sometimes Verdict still out on how well JustSalad works Lately it’d be easier to just pick it up instead of wrestling with JustSalad to work efficiently I’ll miss my salads but sometimes convenience is king. Sorry I hate to complain as I have enjoyed my salads in the past and when I actually had to speak with a customer service person they were very nice and accommodating

The Sweetgreen app is more intuitive as are sites like GrubHub/Seamless.

Instead of just scrolling downwards to build your custom salad in a logical fashion (and like every other app) you must go back and forth from the header to the ingredient list. Seriously, did anyone who designed JustSalad try using it? If I let anyone else in a group use my phone to build a salad I have to explain how to use JustSalad because it’s confusing.

Other than that and the confusing payment and check out procedure it’s fine.

I hope they make it more intuitive in the future because it’s much quicker to order SweetGreen.

JustSalad as incorrect address is listed for locations available for order pickup. In addition, for some reason my order was incorrect place and it to JustSalad and my coworkers was also incorrect using JustSalad. Not sure if that’s a quality issue but the restaurant or burgers in issue with it up but I won’t be ordering from them again using JustSalad

JustSalad orders from the local shop ok. But it doesn’t give credit in the rewards program. And when I tried to tell them using the submit comment function, that didn’t work either!!

Clearly this developer doesn’t know much about quality control and proper testing before release.

For some reason it doesn’t let you save a previous order, so since I get the same salad a lot but have to make a modification, I have to start from scratch and type it in as a comment EVERY time. Also they should let you input a tip as a dollar amount, as I often want to tip more than the highest percentage they allow.

JustSalad is good but sometimes can be a little confusing to navigate and see why all your order has in it and make sure it has everything you want.

Love all the choices from salads, to wraps and even soup! All the ingredients are super fresh!! Quick, simple, and easy way to eat healthy on the go! I would highly recommend!!

Simple and intuitive. Love the convenience of the nutrition values right from JustSalad . Would be neat to see a calorie counter as you pick and choose items in a later version!

I use it primarily for LevelUp’s rewards and contactless paying. It’s very easy to use, the rewards are easy to track, and I’m in and out fast.

The updated app is SO much better than the last! I can now easily place an order for pick-up and delivery within seconds! The design is phenomenal and I love it. Thank you Just Salad!!

JustSalad has tripled my chances of eating healthy for lunch! I’m way too busy at my desk to go hunting down a good salad. Now, with the new Just Salad app, I can order the chipotle cowboy.. aka best salad to exist .. whenever I want and received it in a really timely matter!! Just salad rocks!!!

The food is great without a doubt but I have never ordered on JustSalad without the workers messing up my order. I understand people make mistakes but not every single time. Last time this happened, I went back for them to fix it and the worker had the nastiest attitude while fixing my order. As if it was my fault that they could not do their job properly.

If this is a rewards program, there should be the option to use only that part of JustSalad . For those of us who to prefer to pay in person yet still be rewarded for our loyalty, this rewards program is useless. A credit card is required and payment must be made through JustSalad . It’s unfortunate.

I ordered several times from their 720 3rd Ave location. Food was not ready at the end of pick up time window. Several times they had not even started my order and I had to wait 10-15 mins. App is the usual LevelUp variation but poorly executed. For example app never remembers that I want to pickup my orders vs delivered. Similar competitors overall are better organized.

JustSalad doesn’t keep a history of my orders, so every time I build a salad, I have to go through all the options all over again. It’s kind of annoying and why I don’t use JustSalad as much.

JustSalad is ok but it doesn’t give you the option to add dressing. I wanted dressing on my salad and on the side but it didn’t give me the option to add the side one. I had to buy it in store.

Super easy to order my salad today, and it was ready when I walked in 10 minutes later. Amazing!
