They have worst customer service.

I have used this app for a month because payed for their monthly unlimited bowl and requires to use this app to scan each time at resister. To use this app, you have to enter your card info. Why? I payed already. My suspicion was right. I got chartered on my card, on top of I have already prepayed monthly meal plan. I emailed them, each time there is different person replied, and told me they have put credit on the app. Never refunded, then when I tried to use the credit, it wasn’t there and I got charged on my card again.
Ridiculous app and terrible customer service

The app allows customers to place orders even if the place is closed. There is no way to understand if the location is closed or open beforehand. When this is brought up to the customer service team, they offer no support and become aggravated that a customer would ask for basic services…
I’m never going to a Just Salad again when there’s Sweetgreen, Chopt, and a million other salad shops nearby that don’t leave you hungry.
Glitchy and the addresses seem to be wrong!

I just downloaded this app to make ordering easier and to get rewards. However it is super glitchy and I had to restart it several times to even be able to click “view menu” when making a new delivery order. On top of that, when I finally got through, it told me that my delivery location was outside their delivery area - but I order all the time online and it works.
