Avoid! Huge waste of time and app has issues.

So many problems with eCabs Malta. The time estimate on this app is an absolute joke. Here is an example of the most recent experience. I request a van which the app says is 1 min away. App searches for a driver for about 3 minutes and then finds me one, apparently 7 minutes away. After waiting 10 minutes the driver is now 5 minutes away and dropping off another client. Eventually, 28 minutes after booking the “1 min away” van our ride arrives. Furthermore, I always select Apple Pay upon ordering the car and every single time when it finds a driver it has switched to cash. Driver can never help and I’ve had to find cash every single time. Drivers always say there must be an issue with the network/app. Clearly! Use Bolt instead, much more reliable.

Horrible app - lots of bugs

When in Malta - this app is terrible. You will end up calling the taxi company anyway and spent 10 minutes while they attempt to find your booking on their app. Definitely would use the other taxi App when in Malta - not this one seriously horrible!

don’t understand the reviews

I don’t understand why the reviews for this app are so high when the app wouldn’t let me register at all? it says an error as soon as i type my email. not sure why others claim that this works.
