This developer has shown its colors.
1...Develop apps ... solid apps, if a little repetitive and clunky (too many clicks to get to the point of DividendAlert )
2. provide full access versions free or for a price,
3. allow the advancement of the mobile operating system make that app non functional
4. Create a new app that looks a lot like the old one... except that many of the functions that worked on the old one will not on the new one without paying a premium... a pretty steep one for the value.

Once a developer shows they will do this ... it shows me they will do it again. Pay the premium, let iOS move a few versions on, don’t update DividendAlert to follow, then create a new one that looks like the old one and charge a new premium.

As of today it appears I have to subscribe to a monthly plan. Can’t afford a monthly premium and sorry to have to lose your service!
What happens to the “one time” fee I already paid for DividendAlert?

No response. Should tell everyone considering DividendAlert something!

I downloaded DividendAlert to see when companies pay dividends, it also shows stocks prices, and the percentage. I keep a journey of the company’s that has a low price, but who pays a high dividend. DividendAlert is perfect for me!!

I do like DividendAlert and the basic set up but you really cannot do much at all and less you pay for it it’s a shame we can’t do more and then everything with a higher level membership but I refuse to pay for apps like this so it may just come off my phone soon.

You are now CHARGING for what used to be FREE
by not supporting the older “OS”(something that is updated quite often). Dividend was free, Dividend (without adds) you paid for.

When the “OS” was updated, you stopped supporting Dividend and reintroduced Dividend Free, which is free, but has a cost to use certain features that were free in the original program.

This used to be a usable app, but all the important information has been taken away.

How can I reinstall the previous version?

This is no longer even a moderately usable application. The only usable features have all been taken away so you can charge for them. I am very disappointed in DividendAlert.

During the crash I was ahead of the advantage investor. Pay the one time fee and use the data to trade

The paid version works but it should contain a few more data. Example: recomendation buy sell like robinhood. Also frequently when I click “more” option crashed and kicks me out of DividendAlert . I have it also on my ipad and also sometimes crashes and kicks me out.

I just don’t see the value for paid version unless a few features are added like multiple days and convince the paid value.

I was looking for stock ex-dividend and payment dates. There is no dividend information to be found on the free version. The name of DividendAlert is misleading. The downloaded app has little more than basic stock data with numerous solicitations to purchase cryptically described additional services. I deleted DividendAlert from my device.

Dishonest business model. Charges you “one time fee” then adds subscription model later on, then they stop updating so your one time fee is gone, as is your sub if you’re fooled into that as well. 0 stars if i could!

Darker and larger type choices would be nice!

I use it everyday for information regarding my stocks and other investments.

I want to create a watchlist, then have DividendAlert show the next ex-div and record dates for the watchlist, in one view. Having a hard time finding an app that does this, might need to make it myself...

Word of warning - they will not be satisfied if you upgrade to first level. That’s not good enough for them and they muddy up notifications with continued pitches for their overpriced services.

This is the only dividend income program that I will use.

DividendAlert has taken a turn for the worst I paid a one time fee for something a while ago, what happen to that. It does not even Acknowledge I ever had it.

Can you change back to the old font style!

If you need to see the dividend calendar except today you need to upgrade. Which makes this basic feature useless. Uninstalled..
