Charged for app and haven’t opened it yet to purchase anything
Why am I being charged for this app ? I haven’t opened it and it doesn’t say anything it costs any money for app . Tried to call the number and just get nobody available . It used a card I longer even have anymore. How does that happen?

Fails every time
I’m not sure what’s going on but every time I open this app, it’s automatically closes. I’m up to date on my iPhone and apps. I like the app but what good does it do me if it never stays open?
