Can’t create events even though I’m the administrator

Notifications/ invitations for event doesnt reach the members anymore.

I run a netball club on SPOND called Titans and administrator for all the members and sub groups. I've suddenly lost most of permissions and now can't add events or look up events.??

Same problem as reported above -- I get notification of messgaes/comments but Spond has stopped displaying them when I open an event. Has happened in the last couple of days, was fine before that.

I am receiving notifications on my mobile about messages on my Spond App but no messages are showing when I open the app. I can write messages but these are not received and disappear. All my old chats have disappeared.

How to fix Spond app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Spond app on iPhone
Update Spond app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Spond iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Spond on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Spond network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:

Fix Spond not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Spond app issues:

Force Stop the Spond App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Spond app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Spond to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Spond App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Spond app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Spond.

Fix Spond unable to contact server/ Spond internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Spond » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Spond » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Spond on android.
