You guys claim to be the #1 app in the construction management feild .. if that’s the case how come your #1 loses my daily log within a minute of using it .. where does it go ??? So your self ranking number one is a literal joke .. you don’t inform the people that paid to use this garbage to let them know you changed the complete layout of the program .. guess it’s a self reliant fix and adjustment.. I’ve been stiluck using this garbage ., I’ve used different brands of this same type of app and program and your not even close to their programs .. not feild friendly and the latest update or layout took a tolerable program to why’d we use this .. make games or something because you don’t match up to what’s out there ..they want me to star rate you but you can’t leave it no stars so you get one star but definitely deserve no stars

App version always signs you out causing to sign in repeatedly. Customer service responds promptly it with boiler plate response. App has been down for over a week. When selecting projects it get stuck on a loading screen. After getting several boilerplate responses customer service advised me app was back up and running. I tried to sign into my account and it will not let me sign in. I tried resetting the password but it says it does not recognize my email. Still waiting on a customer service response so in the meantime I tried to go through a create an account setting and it will not let me saying the email address is already in use. If you want something realizable this is not RakenConstructionManagement for you.

Overall OK for our small organization, but as they try to improve features, certain critical functions are missed and getting those resolved is a extremely frustrating process. Took almost 4 months to get automatic reminders resolved, and now sitting on 2+ months for custom timesheet output to show correctly. This has literally put our company at risk for L&I liability and I have to reach out to them over and over to get a response, and the response every time is engineering is working on a fix.

The latest update prevents some pictures from being included in the reports. Perhaps they are trying to attract new clients, but unable to take care of the ones they have.

Buyer beware.

I’ve used RakenConstructionManagement for almost a year. It was better before some of the recent updates. It doesn’t separate pictures by date on Apple products and now with the recent update, the pictures are of all your photos, sort of in the order of time/date taken, as well as any photo you looked at recently, which they are randomly inserted, even if they’re from a year ago. It messes up the time sequence and it’s not as easy to select the photos for the current report.
It has also had some glitches over the last few updates that haven’t been corrected that make it not as user friendly.
Customer service has been responsive and said they’re trying to work through things with Apple, but it’s still a pain to deal with some of the issues.

The photo upload has become unreliable. The order/quantity of photos among devices does not match. RakenConstructionManagement shows the photos as if they were uploaded but when checked from another device some/all of the photos are missing. The photo backup is one of the features we rely on most and without it working 100% it is no longer a reliable resource.

Raken makes the work easier for you. The format, the weather and adding pictures to show progress or questions on the job is very helpful, also the fact that typing the report instead of having to write it is a lot easier and legible.

My only issue with it is I'm unable as a user to pull up my guys time individually for the week. We work in a fab shop so we do work for all of the projects, but I have to go back through the individual projects' time sheets to find their time. You have to have admin permissions to pull it up by name, even though I can go to any job and change anyone's time, even if they don't work for me. That's dumb.

Honestly I’m expecting them to start wanting to charge me because it’s a pretty decent app. Daily Logs are good, picture markups are nice.

Two things I wish were different - 1) I wish you could just put in general contacts globally and assign them to jobs. As it stands, you have to invite subs to each job. 2) There is absolutely no scheduling so you can’t look at a schedule and know what’s coming up.

All in all though, handy and I’ll keep using it.

Our Company ( Caliagua, Inc) has learned to utilize all the features in Raken to assist with managing and communicating project metrics and requirements. It’s a live platform & data that is reporting & sharing project status with the entire team; management & the field. We have been using for Approx 4 years and couldn’t do without.

Utilizing Raken for day to day operations is a streamlined construction management tool that easily shares the daily job site progress/deficiencies with our project managers.
Reminders to complete daily reports are automatic.
Pre structured safety/common task checklists templates are easy to use and effective.

I found RakenConstructionManagement by trying different ones out there, this program I hope is here to stay. It’s easy, and once your job and sub contractors are input in, the quick fill in the blanks for the remainder of the job makes it great because I just don’t have a lot of time to be stuck doing daily reports. Very user friendly, a must have for anyone wanting to be efficient in organization of jobs.

Recent updates have been easy for our Field staff to navigate, and it has made review of Enterprise reporting far more efficient. Time reporting has been integrated into our daily operations on focused beta testing projects with minimal training of Field staff due to the intuitive nature of RakenConstructionManagement . Looking forward to the Labor Productivity analytics that are coming.

This tool is most effective at making daily reports easy and allowing one to organize the activities of the day. The fact that you can upload pictures directly not having to email them to yourself, click and drag, or put them into a file saves hours of work.

It’s let us cut a bunch of steps out of our current work flows and hold others accountable because it’s so easy to log pictures and information. We no longer track projects using spreadsheets or need to call/text/email around to get project updates. We use it for timecards, photos/videos, safety, checklists, T&M +. Support/training is a 10 out of 10.

This is a great program. It makes it very easy to photograph and take notes all day and put it in an organized format that can be easily shared with my selected team. After a short trial we now have all of our Superintendents using the program.
