Lexus should be ashamed to have such app and such bad old 90th technology features. No surprise that Lexus good for luxury taxi service more than personal car with proper infotainment system have at least basic features like USA version.
Was a mistake having such car and such bad application.
Very slow to get a response even if you just deleting a notification. Very limited functionality LEXUSCONNECTMiddleEast provides comparing to other manufacturers’ Apps

This is not a Lexus official app. I spoke with HQ’s and was told LEXUSCONNECTMiddleEast is not associated with them that we would only need the LEXUS app

LEXUSCONNECTMiddleEast suddenly stopped working and consistently throws up an error code. Lexus Connect helpline knows about this but it’s been a week without them offering any solution.
Why does it give me a notification that the window is closed but i cant close them with LEXUSCONNECTMiddleEast .

It’s not that bad, so it’s chance to make it better throw:
1- open and close the door
2- open and close the window
3- use LEXUSCONNECTMiddleEast with phone to start (switch on) the car without key
