Terrible Design and Poor Customer Service

I’m surprised Apple allows apps with such low quality and cash-grabbing goals into the App Store. This app is completely unintuitive. I get notifications only for the app to crash when I try to go view them. And once I finally get into the app, there’s no notifications to be seen. I’ve had non-stop technical difficulties with the app and reaching out to customer support hasn’t gained me a single reply or acknowledgement. And how exactly does this app have a 4-star rating when all I see are 1-star reviews, Apple? I’ll definitely be contacting you about that. It’s hard for me to believe that anyone is paying to be a Premium member after seeing this level of quality...

The App only crashes. Never opens. When I tried to get help from support they asked me to use the website instead. And haven’t heard back from them for a possible solution.
