I am in my car for only a few minutes driving from work to home. When trying to listen to The Ticket, I am forced to listen to the ads every single time. I have to listen to the ads again if I get a call, talk, hang up —- the the ad again. Then if I want to continue listening, when I get out of my car, I have to listen to the ads again when the Bluetooth disconnects from the car. I love listening to The Ticket! But the ads are a whipping!

TheTicket967 crashes more than my ex-wife putting on makeup in the morning... use at last resort...

You have to listen to a 30 second commercial every time you attempt to open TheTicket967 (which only works 30% of the time). Then, after 2 minutes of ticket stream it crashes and you have to listen to the same commercial again.

Any time I hear "kiss me under the light of a thousand stars" it raises my blood pressure. I'm sure everyone who tried TheTicket967 shares the frustration and hatred for that song.

First they screw up the podcasts and then there's TheTicket967 - odd to begin with, but now just unusable delete-bait. (I assume TheTicket967 is Ticket-backed or sponsored or created by them) Why can't the Ticket hire a competent tech team? You're in a huge tech market. If you're reading this and you are the Ticket employee charged with helping out-of-market people listen from their iPhone, you need to hire experienced help. Your development team needs a competent QA tester. This update should have never seen the light of day.

TheTicket967 is nearly 100% useless for listening to live radio. I can deal with the opening ad, but the buffer time after that is 5+ minutes and that is if the audio feed even starts. Many time I have to exit and try again and then I get Norm and his ad

TheTicket967 can’t handle switching from WiFi to cellular. They kills the audio stream.

TheTicket967 can’t handle running in the background. You have to keep it open and the screen active for any chance to have the audio keep playing.

I only use to listen to Dallas Stars’ games when I walk my dog and I cert single commercial break during the game the audio stream rejoins the game a handful of seconds late. You are the radio station of the Dallas Stars and you can’t return to the game audio on time.

Useless and frustrating app.

I really miss TheTicket967. I’ve erased and read-downloaded it several times hoping to fix whatever problem seems to exist. Previously, on occasion, TheTicket967 would close or programming would stop. However, recently, TheTicket967 failed to launch. I’ve tried reloading several times. I’m waiting on a much needed update of TheTicket967 for iOS so I can return to my Ticket programming. Please take some time to fix TheTicket967. Your P1s are missing out on your programming.

TheTicket967 use to work great, but the last couple of weeks unless I’m constantly on my phone the audio feed stops playing. I’ve checked the settings and can’t find anything that would cause this issue that I need to adjust.

I hate having to give a bad review as the radio shows are great, but you don’t give any app support options for P1’s who need help.

Fix your app to work again while the phone is in lock screen so I can keep listening while at the gym and work.

I shouldn’t have to listen to the Sante’s ad every time I switch Bluetooth connections. TheTicket967 suuuuuuucks.

That works fine but for some reason the play pause functions not work when the screen is locked I wish they would fix it

Randomly crashes then makes you listen thru an advertisement every reconnection. Needs features like audacy where we can pause, rewind, and listen to earlier shows and segments. Spend the money and upgrade please

Doesn't load, just has a splash screen with Accept/Cancel, but you can't click Accept and there's nothing on the screen. I presume it's some sort of license agreement you have to agree to, but you can't see it. Really want to stream on the Mac!

Sometimes I just want to listen to some sports talk without having to watch this nightmarish 30 second video advertising their remote treatment center. I’ve never been less convinced to support addiction recovery. Should just go seamlessly into radio streaming, but cumulus has got to make their ad money I guess.

I understand the "watch an ad before you get something for free" and I accept that. Here's the problem: when TheTicket967 drops the feed (which was 4 times in one hour today) you must watch those ads all over again. That's on top of the station's ads you have to listen to...very intrusive. Since I kept missing segments on the show that I cared about, all because TheTicket967 repeatedly dropped the stream, I'm done using it. Also, developers, rewind/pause should be standard on any streaming app.

The new audio controls look nicer but with the new update it appears that the stream will only stay active if you have TheTicket967 as your active open app. Previously you could do other things on your phone, such as use your browser or play a game, instead of having TheTicket967 switch to the buffer and then terminate the stream. When you reopen TheTicket967 , you have to listen to a new video commercial again to get the stream back on. Very frustrating.

This version of TheTicket967 is pretty bad. When launching on Wi-Fi it crashes initially like clockwork. The ads are more intrusive than before and sometimes roll over the broadcast. New features aren't new. No new drops or clips. It's serviceable but they need to stop plugging it on the broadcast because it's buggy as hell. I expect better from a company with as deep of pockets as Cumulus has.

I downloaded TheTicket967 even though usually I don't want audio. Hate the ad you must fight thru every time you open TheTicket967 - what a beating. If that's going to bug you, I invite you to go somewhere else for your sports talk. I will gladly pay $1 to make that whip go away. The anus is on TheTicket967 developers to make that option available on the next upgrade. I wonder where they are getting their energy? Let's just say that those are the terms that TheTicket967 is being talked about by just about everyone.

Only issue is you cant rewind back 1 hour. Seems like only a phone app feature.

TheTicket967 works again, thank you. However, the play/pause buttons are way to small, especially if you are trying to press it while driving. Please fix this.

We need TheTicket967 to be available for the Apple Watch cellular without requiring the iPhone.
