Loved this app until…

I enjoyed this app so much that I bought the paid version a few years ago. I have dozens of PDF documents saved in this app. Imagine my horror when I tried to open it and got a message that the app needs to be updated for my current version of iOS, which is 14.6. This app is only written for iOS 11. I emailed support about the issue, they sent me a bunch of useless information about how to transfer my files and whatnot, and failed to inform me if they are going to update the app so I can continue to use it and retrieve my documents. Don’t get this app because this free version is also for iOS 11 and apparently they don’t update.
Great Mac app - Horrible iOS App

I have been using the Mac app PDF Professional fully paid version and loved it. I figured the IOS app ought to be as good but it simply locks up when trying to upgrade ($5.00) or do nearly anything else.
Complete junk, from my point of view.
The ONLY good part is that it won’t let me upgrade…
Annoying Bug

I am a registered paid user with my previous IPad. When I got a new IPad I downloaded this App. Since I couldn’t find a link to upgrade my account based on my Apple ID, I decided to go ahead and pay again with link at the bottom. Every time I try to do this the program hangs forcing a hard reboot = turn off with power button then restart.
