Terrible customer service

My kid has been stuck at Lesson 6 for several days. Yes, she is a VIP account and she has completed the lesson and all unlocked practices. The tech support button in the software lead me to wechat, however, you either get no response or an automated robot that is not helpful at all! I need to talk to a real person!
