Contact D1 Baseball Support

This app lacks a lot of basic functionality. Clicking on a team should at least take me to a page with their schedule and team stats, but that doesn’t happen. It’s just clunky, no search function, no sortable stats, nothing of much value beyond basic scores and being able to “follow” your favorite teams. We need a robust college baseball app, but as great as D1 Baseball might be in many respects, this is not one of them. (Additionally, just FYI, if you want to read anything on this site, your $7.99 needs to be augmented with a $129/year subscription. It would be nice to at least offer a discount or trial to those who spent money on a poor app).

Opens to a subscribe page. Whether I click subscribe or restore, nothing happens. Stuck on subscribe splash page. So like an idiot I tried it on my iPad. It worked there so I subscribed. But still nothing on phone. Now I have paid $7.99 for my ipad only, which I don’t use that often. And I cannot find a way to contact support. Ever since D1 got full of themselves and became a pay service they have gone downhill. Should have left it free to consumers and focused on driving ad revenue.

So I got this app so I don’t have to look everything up online. But what I didn’t know is that in order for me to save 10 seconds IF THAT of my time I have to pay D1 baseball $7.99. This is a load of bull crap. Don’t waste your time or your money. Just take an extra 5-10 seconds and look up your information on the website which is free.
