- Keeping score and subtracting when you miss something.

- Scrambling to keep up and not miss things.

- Turning happiness into a competition.

- Showing a very busy screen with all these different tracks you can take and some are paid which is immediately stressful.

- Going through all these animations that go too fast to read properly selling the app.

- Janky UI which just made me more stressed.

I can’t get sound on my happify app. iPhone can you advise? I’d like to use the videos on meditation etc.

I logged into Happify yesterday on my PC, which I have used many times before. Happify Daily shows up but explore tracks, instant play and other features are not working. Can you help to resolve this issue?

How to fix Happify app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Happify app on iPhone
Update Happify app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Happify iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Happify on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Happify network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Happify Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Happify not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Happify App
1. On android, goto Settings » Happify » click [Force Stop]

Update Happify to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Happify App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Happify » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Happify.

Fix Happify unable to contact server/ Happify internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Happify » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Happify » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Happify
