I have a problem with ChiMarathon

User reports:
No current problems

- Claimed tracking is not real-time, but rather an estimate with check-in points every 5k

- App does not provide start times for the race

- Difficulty in changing tracking to min/mile for US participants

- App stalled when trying to track a friend and had to resort to using the website instead.

Can’t get tracker to download on iPhone. Seems to only work for android’s this year. 2023

To resolve ChiMarathon network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the ChiMarathon App
1. On android, goto Settings » ChiMarathon » click [Force Stop]

Clear ChiMarathon App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » ChiMarathon » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart ChiMarathon.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click ChiMarathon » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto ChiMarathon » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ChiMarathon
