I've been able to log into the app up until a few days ago but today I received a message that said "we will no longer be supporting folder after 3/15/21. After this date, you may not be able to access the app and retrieve your data. Please make sure to export your data before then" I received this message today July 12th, 2021 - MONTHS after you apparently stopped supporting the app. I have MANY photos that were stored on there that I had no opportunity to back up. This is absurd and not at all fair. Not to mention I pay the yearly subscription which renews every January. Are you also going to refund me for cancelling the app 6 months prior to my renewal. This is absolutely ridiculous. Please respond to me ASAP. -Jason
