I had all my family photos and videos stored on my iPad vault, but it says "there was a problem activating your premium account. Please try again later"
It's been two months and still have not recovered it..I have been with them for three years. My brother is deceased and all his photos were there. I am really upset..I emailed and tried to contact them. No response...continue email with nothing.
BE AWARE!! There is no response..when requesting info of why I can't get back into my folder. There is no developing page..all roads lead to privacy page..and change pin. You will not get any help..and you will lose all your photos.
I have read a lot of complaints decided to go ahead and purchase it anyway. Thinking maybe they did something wrong. Not the case for me. When I upgraded, I lost all my pictures on here..tho I have tried everything I do mean everything repeatedly to please let me retrieve my photos. NO ONE WILL RESPOND. ONCE YOU PAY ITS ALL OVER.
IF YOU DONT BELIEVE ME..TRY SENDING AN EMAIL..ON THEIR WEB PAGE. BEFORE YOU PURCHASE..YOU ONLY GET AN AUTOMATED RESPONSE ONCE.
THO I WILL KEEP TRYING..IF I SUCCEED I WIL, POST A POSITIVE REVIEW. UNTIL THEN I WILL STAND BY EVERY WORD.

Unbelievable! I used SecretFolderAppLock to store private photos and information. Somehow, with the newer updates and keypad interface replacing the old 'app folder' login interface, my password no longer works! I now no longer have access to all of my documents. What a terrible update to SecretFolderAppLock. Really sad to have lost all of that private data.

Looking for a new app...Quality is almost non-existent...App now works sporadically, sometimes uploads screenshots I take of passwords, most times will not save them, and if/when it decides to upload the pic to album, occasionally it will provide prompt to delete the image (used to do all the time). Each of these problems are UNACCEPTABLE in a paid, premium app, smdh.

Just recently updated it , I knew I shouldn’t have. I have tons of photos in SecretFolderAppLock itself. after updating it, it requires my pin which is normal. I punched it in and now it requires $money to use SecretFolderAppLock when I never had to before hence why most people used SecretFolderAppLock. Now I have to pay the fee and remove the photos , and then cancel the sub.

SecretFolderAppLock won't just let you use the free version to start. It forces you into a premium trial that automatically charges you after a month. This is a terrible business practice that I won't support. I want to be able to try the free version without having to worry about cancelling a subscription I don't want.

Scroll through works fine so does importing. When you click on a video for playback it freezes, and the same if you try to send a video. Had a screen lag and sent a video to no idea where? Just showed a sent box on the frozen screen.

I had SecretFolderAppLock before the update and loved it in fact I paid to have all of the upgrades and no all those have been changed and a subscription is required this is total crap. Change it back to the old app, anyway you cut it SecretFolderAppLock has changed for the worse.

There is no good reason for me to continue to use SecretFolderAppLock if the files I stored in it aren’t accessible if I update or the developer can’t create something correctly! Don’t use SecretFolderAppLock unless you plan to never see your files once you put them in SecretFolderAppLock .

So, immediately after you get SecretFolderAppLock , it tells you to make a password. After that, it shows a page that says, "get your free 30- day trial for premium or pay 4.99" so, you have to pay right away if you actually want to use SecretFolderAppLock . I only rated it 2 stars because based on some of the other reviews, it does work, if you're prepared to pay for it.

I truly love SecretFolderAppLock i hide what I need hidden and only I can access it. But recently if I want to share a hidden pic with someone it allows me to do so BUT then it freezes. I then have to swipe up or out of SecretFolderAppLock in order for it to close. I hope there’s a fix for this. If there is it would go from 3 to 5 stars. Thanks.

If for example you are searching on google a topic on your “private” side and then you are open google on the not private side google will remember your searches made on the private side...
Beside this SecretFolderAppLock works fantastically.
