Well, since it’s a physical impossibility to write a review anywhere on the website, I’ll just do it here 😄 To say I’m displeased is an understatement. I purchased my new hat on Sept. 29th. Weirdly, never got a confirmation email that my order had been received, shipped or delivered - even though I have an account. But the order was received, shipped and delivered. Only issue is that when I opened the box, the hat has severe and blatantly obvious defects. For reference, it’s appears the hat was stitched together by someone who is blind, and used their feet to operate the sewing machine. I figured, no worries, I’m sure with MLB being the multi-hundred billion dollar business it is, I should be able to return/exchange it no problem. I will say, the process isn’t particularly difficult, but the fact that I have to pay a single red cent to send back something defective that YOU sent me is a little asinine. In what universe should I have to pay to send something back when it’s very clearly a quality issue on your end? Any clarification would be fantastic! 😁
