I was sent the wrong jersey after waiting months and my order was called instead of fixed.

I ordered a Tua Tagovailoa Jersey right after the draft because I was so excited to get our teams new franchise QBs jersey. It said there would be a long wait and of course I understood that because there was a lot of people ordering them. I got an email 2 nights ago stating my order finally shipped. I was pumped! When the box came and I opened it I was shocked to see that they had sent me a Tom Brady (who every dolphins fan hates) jersey. I initially laughed it off as a mistake until I started dealing with their customer service. They told me there was nothing they could do and I would just have to submit another order but they were out of stock again and I wouldn’t get it until December- it’s August now. They then told me I better send back the jersey they sent me right away or they would charge me for that too. So after this app having my money for months they sent the wrong jersey, cancelled my original order, and threatened to charge me more if I didn’t send the wrong one back right away. But don’t worry they said they would give me free 3 day shipping to make up for it 🙄 which they are already giving everyone free on their website. I will never order from this company again and I doubt I’ll even get my refund for what I already spent. Just terrible.

Defective merch

Well, since it’s a physical impossibility to write a review anywhere on the website, I’ll just do it here 😄 To say I’m displeased is an understatement. I purchased my new hat on Sept. 29th. Weirdly, never got a confirmation email that my order had been received, shipped or delivered - even though I have an account. But the order was received, shipped and delivered. Only issue is that when I opened the box, the hat has severe and blatantly obvious defects. For reference, it’s appears the hat was stitched together by someone who is blind, and used their feet to operate the sewing machine. I figured, no worries, I’m sure with MLB being the multi-hundred billion dollar business it is, I should be able to return/exchange it no problem. I will say, the process isn’t particularly difficult, but the fact that I have to pay a single red cent to send back something defective that YOU sent me is a little asinine. In what universe should I have to pay to send something back when it’s very clearly a quality issue on your end? Any clarification would be fantastic! 😁

Great App for Sports, but….

Fanatics is fantastic for getting the latest jerseys and merch for your favorite sports team. Finding what you need is easy and all of the filters are very convenient. Also, the checkout process and choices of payment are a huge plus. But, alas, there are some drawbacks as well that do not by any means wreck the shopping experience but more just make it take longer than it should. First and my largest complaint is the login system. Fanatics does not remember you being logged in for more than a day and it requires you to complete the “I’m not a robot” every time, very very annoying. This hinders my enjoyment when I am looking into what the status of an order is or checking my account. The second and last complaint I have currently is just more stabilization updates to Fanatics . Other than that, like I said in the beginning of this review, it is a great app.

Bogus to charge delivery fee then say it wont be delivered in that time frame, tell us first

If delivery is going to be delayed why dont u tell someone that before they order not after. Your chargjnf me 8 bucks for shipping 3-7 days then say it probably will take longer. If i knew thay first i wouldnt have ordered it right now. If this doesnt arrive within a week im gonna return it and get my money back. That is terrible business to do that to people who are willing to spend their money with you right now. Then you wanna do that crap

Hole in new shirt!

Downloaded Fanatics only to communicate with the company. Their website offers chat support but it is not available. I bought a shirt and when I pulled it down over my head my thumb went through the shirt. No, not too tight, large fit. If you buy anything from them customized by you, there is no returns, even for defective products. Don’t spend your money on this site. I was dissatisfied the moment the shirt tore. I have ordered twice from here, but my account showed no history of orders (trying to get order #) until I tried to process a return. Then it showed the orders with my shirt flagged as ineligible to return. If I do not get my money back it will be on to the NFL websites to complain about their partners. The NFL is complicit if they represent that this app products are NFL quality. Then on to the college football sites until this app gives me my money back.

Latest update is terrible

DON’T DOWNLOAD Fanatics!!! USE THE WEBSITE INSTEAD!!! When I first downloaded Fanatics years ago, it was awesome and simple to use. But this latest update is TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!!!!! Whoever decided to change it from the original and put out this new update, should BE FIRED!!! Fanatics constantly crashes while scrolling through, my favorite teams are no longer saved, constantly have to log back in with email and password, and saved items for later don’t get saved. I’ve ordered from Fanatics for years, but since 2019 to now, it’s become an annoyance that I now rarely want to use. I hope they change it back to the old version. If it ain’t broke, then don’t try to fix it!

It’s getting annoying how every other teams NFL page seems to be working but the chargers never works. It’s always messed up, it looks different from the others. Like when you click on ANY other team it takes you to a page with featured boxes looks nice, and then when you click the Chargers team it just takes you to a list. When they fix this maybe I’ll start buying from them again

It’s nice to see a company selling sports cards to collectors without inflating the price and gouging buyers like the manufacturer has been doing for the past year with their “Dutch” Auctions where you would have to pay 2 or 3 times as much as those cards would have cost pre-epidemic. I can’t wait for this app to assume ownership of the Panini brand! Thank You this app for making sports cards affordable again and helping young kids and avid collectors afford to buy them…

My favorite place for team apparel

I love this app whenever I’m shopping for myself or my family. Prices are great, especially the sales and so many choices for every team. I’ve only had to return one item and it was so easy. Constant Error Message

This was my favorite sports apparel app. I’ve rocked with this app for years. I’m so tired of receiving the “oops, something went wrong message.” Because the ability to save my favorite teams was removed years ago, each time the oops message appears I am forced to restart my shopping experience. Please let me customize my favorite teams again. I do not want to scroll through all of the colleges just to get to South Carolina. I hope the developers take these reviews into serious consideration. There are several submissions that reference the crash and the favorite team option.

I’ve been ordering from this app for 4yr + and have ordered a bunch of shirts and other apparel. I’ve never once been dissatisfied, most shirts are true to fit. The shipment gets to you quickly. You can’t beat it and after buying from this app would be disappointed ordering from anyone else.

Can’t get a break!!!

If there is a sale, the price of shipping bring the total back to regular price if not more. Then when I add coupon it doesn’t work for certain items when it should apply to all.. Then if your allowed to use a coupon on a items (which your only allowed 1coupon with your order) the shipping bring you right back to regular price!!! So there is no such thing as a sale.. I shop this site all the time for my kids and I, but big business don’t care nor give back it seems. Fan reward points is little to
none. I’m just venting and struggling like many in this pandemic to make Christmas good as I can..

Love the store, hate the app

I am an avid shopper on the website and was on Fanatics for some time. Ever since the last major update (~3 months ago) Fanatics has been completely useless. It resets every 30 seconds, sending you (in the middle of browsing categories, looking at a product, completing a transaction, etc.) back to the home page. It has been this way for months, with one update, two months afterwards, that did nothing to fix this issue. I hope one day I can edit this review to make it positive, because without this issue I’m sure I’d love it. For now, just stuck to the website, that generally works great.

Please go back to the old version of the app!

I agree with most ppl on here. I use to use Fanatics all the time and order from it. It was easy and simple, with your favorite teams setup, items you favorited, etc.
Now, all of those features are gone! You have to log into Fanatics every time you use it. Rather you say keep me logged in or not. Your favorite teams are not saved anymore. You cannot favorite/like an item and go back and find it in your list later. I have to consistently add items to my cart so I can see them later. And a ton of times, the items do not stay in my cart. No longer user friendly!

Used to be amazing now just meh

Fanatics used to be amazing, it felt like an app but then they started making changes and it started looking more and more like their website. They took away the sub categories and the options to filter to newest items in the search categories and it makes it harder to find what’s new. I also hate that if I want to order something I have to enter in all my info they should add a Face ID or Touch ID shortcut to make the checkout process faster. Fanatics has so much potential they just need to get their priorities straight.

Fix your app

I’ve been buying products from this company for over 12 years now. Website is fantastic. Fanatics has more bugs then an ant hill. Terrible coordination when you try to do things like go from adding something to your cart to continue if looking at products. Non stop in the middle of shopping it wants to say something went wrong then you press retry and it makes you restart everything. I’ve deleted and downloaded Fanatics multiple times thinking that can be the fix and still no help. As a huge fan I’m very disappointed at the execution.

Needs update

My app will not allow me to add or remove anything from/to the cart. I get an error message every time no matter the item. Haven’t been able to purchase off Fanatics in a couple weeks now.
Another recommendation is to allow you to chose how much fan cash you use when making a purchase. Allow customers to build up a balance. Revert back to how Fanatics previously was since it has been bad for sometime now.

I was going to buy something with my this app credit card and when I picked that as my payment method it never gave me option to use my card so I called and tried asking the agent if he could help me to see if there is a problem with my this app credit card he had no idea what to do and he was talking over me if he would of let me explain and shut his mouth we could of rectified the problem I’m a very unhappy customer and will buy my team’s gear on another website you should train your employees to shut up and listen

I really love Fanatics!!! Always have a sale of some sort and they ship things so quickly. Never have to worry about my information getting stolen. Totally confident in them. Aggravating. Horrible accessibility.

I’m visually impaired & have to use Voice over. Fanatics is not fully compatible with it. Can’t access certain drop down buttons & doesn’t tell me if boxes are checked. Tells me every thing is unchecked even when they are checked. Apple Pay says billing address is incorrect when it is not so, I can’t use that either. I have to keep logging-in. What happen to Touch ID in previous versions? Accessibility problems is why I don’t shop in Fanatics much.

Fanatics App

1. You need to show how much a person is receiving in fan cash before you submit your order like on your web page. If I'm receiving 2x the fan cash for using Fanatics , I wanna see that I'm actually getting the proper cash I'm suppose to be getting. In the past, I've had issues with not getting the proper fan cash for an order.

2. I also continue to keep having an issue with the address section of the order process. All my info is saved from prior orders, but on my next new order I keep getting an error message saying my address is incorrect. I have to go back and delete everything and renter everything again every time for the order to go through. There actually has been a time or two that I had to order from the web page because Fanatics wouldn't allow me to go forward. Also with this happening, I ended up receiving less fan cash because of having to order from the web page.

Hopefully you guys can correct these issues. Possible others are having same problems. Thank you!

Disappointed

My address is a shared address and apparently I can't order from this site using my own address on billing or shipment because of a fraudulent charge a housemate had related to this site. Seems I'm being punished for something I have no control over and your company has not reached out to my housemate to resolve it.

I have ordered an item 3 times that has been immediately refunded which was the only plus side but I now had to pay 35$ to get my order by Christmas when I had been trying to order this item for days and would've had FREE shipping. I'm upset because I use this site often but suddenly I can't without hoops and inconveniencing others.

Chat screen issues

Love the products I’ve gotten off Fanatics. My only issue I have with it is the help/customer service. I shouldn’t lose my chat session if I have to leave Fanatics screen to do something else, the chat screen session should remain active if I have to leave it temporarily. It also is taking quite a while recently for my orders to come in. I ordered a Chris Sale Red Sox jersey off Fanatics on June 22, and it’s not going to be shipped until July 1st, and not delivered until July 11th??? That’s too long for a purchase like that, especially when it’s not coming off of a championship. If someone from this app can help me expedite this order quicker, I’d greatly appreciate it!

Worst Experience

I have had the worst experience with this app. I placed an order on 9/12 and have yet to receive it. They had to have put the address on it wrong because the confirmation email I received was correct. I called several times and they would do nothing for me. I had to replace the order, didn't get the originally 20% off that I got on my order that got sent back. They should have reshipped it to me immediately overnight. There was a second package that was shipped out a few days after the first package and never got that either. Just had to order that again. Still waiting on refunds for the returned packages that I never received. They told me they had to wait until they got them back. It's not my fault. They should have done something for me. Why do I have to wait for a package to be returned to them to get a refund for the items I never received? Awful customer service.

Fix App

I really enjoy ordering off this app but they really need to fix there app and payment option, For some reason on Fanatics I can’t seem to login to my account an it keeps declining say it can’t find my account. 2nd also i have tried numerous times to purchase items with my debit card but will not go through on my bank statement it says it went through but on fanatic it has not it also has taken my fanzz cash twice, I really hope they can fix this issue because i like shopping at this app!!!!

Unexplainably Awful

Let me start by saying I really enjoy using this app. Upon discovering Fanatics I was even more excited. Thinking it’d be so much easier. I couldn’t have been more wrong. I cannot login to my account. thinking maybe it was me, I tried to create a new account, only to find out my account is still active. I tried to contact support which was nothing short of a disaster and resulted in nothing. I’ve tried the other apps like the mlb or nhl specific ones and have not gotten any further. I’m lucky to get on Fanatics at all most times anyway because of some server error that constantly appears. The icing to it all? I can not login to my account on the web based store now either! No idea if it’s coincidence or related but extremely frustrating. I’d rather the company not release an app than to release an app with so many issues.

Can’t return a damaged jersey

I ordered a NFL kelvin Benjamin bills jersey from this website. When browsing for this jersey I discovered a custom game jersey and discovered that when u click on it, you are allowed to put a player on these jerseys. When the jersey arrived I found out that it was damaged(had a hole covered by some type of black tape) when I went to the return page and entered in my order number they told me that I can’t return custom game items(as if I put my name on the jersey?!). I find it very misleading that they put player name options under custom game jerseys because then when u select ur favorite player that might not be on the home page of this app u find out that if it’s damaged u can’t return it. Honestly a horrible feature and I will never use this website again.

Great app

I love Fanatics! this app has a large selection of products for your favorite sports teams! Some of the prices are high but I can always find something on sale and with fan cash I always end up getting stuff I wanted for free. Fanatics functions perfectly, I’ve yet to encounter any bugs while using Fanatics . Actually Fanatics is easier to use than the this app web site in my opinion. App performing poorly.

Have been a this app customer for years. Merchandise is great.
That said, the performance of Fanatics itself is getting worse and worse. The checkout process and/or iPay doesn’t work much of the time. Just hangs/freezes and the purchase does not complete. Tried to use Live Chat to discuss the issue, and that doesn’t work either. Maybe they just want to make sure discount offers expire before we are able to place an order?? I’m not calling customer service to place orders. I use Fanatics . If they can’t make sure I can place my order, I guess they lose business.

Longtime Buyer

You only need half a brain to realize all their discounts are the same. They either off free shipping over a certain price point or discount but you have to pay shipping. They all balance out. None of these are actual deals and this website is geared towards one-time buyers. I’ve been randomly shopping here for years and there’s zero benefits for returning shoppers so don’t bother creating an account. Also, stay away from anything made by this app especially the shirts. It’s all complete garbage. Cheaply made which usually explains the lower prices. You buy the Nike shirt or the Kmart special (this app=garbage).

Issues with App

I’ve been ordering various Super Bowl items and it’s seems that Fanatics is getting stuck. I literally have to delete Fanatics and redownload it. I haven’t had any issues before so I’m chalking it up to the MILLIONS of Eagles fans flocking to Fanatics , but it is a little frustrating nonetheless. Other than that, my experience has been fine.

Also, suggestion: once you’ve ordered something, allow the user to click on the item under recent orders and it takes you to the item to possibly purchase again or view similar items.

Be warned!

I have ordered twice from this app. Both times disappointed. My most recent order was sent back for”undeliverable”. But I received 1 of my 5 items. How is one deliverable and the others are not? I called and found out the real reason. Out of stock. Did the 2 day shipping only to find out 5 days later I was not receiving my order. Now I’m scrambling to find my item locally for a NFL gathering. If your ordering for the holiday have a back up in place. You may not get what you ordered which is what happened to me last holiday season, or you will be told undeliverable which apparently means out of stock. Which is false advertising. Be warned!
