You need to change your developers for your App PnP is lagging Checkers and Woolies!

I get an email from PnP that I have new Vouchers for Smart Shopper. I login and there are no vouchers?!

PnP you seriously have problems, it is one way to lose customers considering you are also 25% more expensive on most groceries now compared to Checkers and Woolies

So PicknPaySmartShopper used to be so great but not anymore. Used to be able to buy airtime with it but for over two months that function always says unavailable. I’ve sent support an email and. No reply. What’s the use of PicknPaySmartShopper ?

I don't have a smart shopper number and therefore can't log in. How is that smart of Pick n Pay?

Can't even register on PicknPaySmartShopper , always says contact customer care centre when attempting to register.

Every time I think PicknPaySmartShopper is going to it just gets worse. The call to actions don't even function anymore. What a waste of bandwidth.

As so many other users my wife cannot log in using her website credentials! Please fix this and do some proper testing to avoid similar issues in future! To quote Pienaartjie: Epic fail.

The credentials that are for the website don't seem to work for PicknPaySmartShopper or mobi site. Can't login - although the website login works fine on the website. 😕 do I need different logins? Hope not.

This has to be one of the worst online shopping sites I have ever encountered. They obviously don’t want you to find what you’re looking for. Try searching for Corned Beef and you’re lucky to get dog food. It’s absurd. Where does your it department smoke their weed.

Copy and paste for some reason no longer works for signing screen but even when I manually type in my password from LastPass I keep getting told it's incorrect. I've tried it on the website - works perfectly.

I have asked Apple to have PicknPaySmartShopper removed from the Appstore. Most useless app. Pick n Pay have the most useless developers one can find. Whenever I try to login there's always an error message asking me to call the Pick n Pay customer service contact number 😡

Loaded all available vouchers onto SmartShopper card at home: some expiring only the next day and others 8 days from today. Got to store, swiped card - and all the vouchers are gone... Went to kiosk and swiped card - no vouchers?? Just some more frustration as no one at the store able to help either. DO NOT USE PicknPaySmartShopper AS IT IS GARBAGE!!

This has to be the worst app I’ve ever tried to use. And what’s up with having to have registered with Smart Shopper to use it ?! I’m never going to use your Smart Shopper thing, it’s just an excuse to get all your personal details and shopping details to use for marketing and selling data to partners. Nope.

I have been a fan of PicknPaySmartShopper, but now Pick and Pay have decided that you need the physical card to get your points, so what is the point of having an app when you still need the card with you. Because they cannot control their internal fraud the client has to suffer. PicknPaySmartShopper is good but the processes flawed

Designed for iPhone and not iPad which isn't the end of the world but the navigation is terrible. You spend more time trying to move around the screen and see what's what than actually seeing what offers are available or being productive with your points. There's no screen scaling either...

It's quicker for me to drive to the store to use the kiosk than this rubbish!

Can't login. The website my user and password works fine.

Can you resize the screen for the iPad? And add the special promos at particular stores

PicknPaySmartShopper has the potential to be quite useful for Pick n Pay shoppers, but I've already discovered an issue 2 minutes after downloading it. I selected 2 available vouchers then clicked on the selected vouchers tab & it said no vouchers were selected. And yet I had just selected 2, they still had check marks next to them. Also, it would help if I could change my points to Avios on PicknPaySmartShopper instead of going to the instore kiosk, but that's minor. Looking forward to the update where I'm sure they'll have ironed out the bugs.

Please update app so that it works on iOS 8.. Otherwise very good app.

I like the idea as an alternative to those kiosks that are either always broken or out of receipt paper but PicknPaySmartShopper doesn't fully explain or guide you through it and it doesn't help that so many of the cashiers don't understand it?!?

Really like PicknPaySmartShopper, will save loads of time and is easy to use on the go. Looks really neat and has great vouchers available.
