You need to change your developers for your App PnP is lagging Checkers and Woolies!
I get an email from PnP that I have new Vouchers for Smart Shopper. I login and there are no vouchers?!
PnP you seriously have problems, it is one way to lose customers considering you are also 25% more expensive on most groceries now compared to Checkers and Woolies

Designed for iPhone and not iPad which isn't the end of the world but the navigation is terrible. You spend more time trying to move around the screen and see what's what than actually seeing what offers are available or being productive with your points. There's no screen scaling either...
It's quicker for me to drive to the store to use the kiosk than this rubbish!

I have been a fan of this app, but now Pick and Pay have decided that you need the physical card to get your points, so what is the point of having an app when you still need the card with you. Because they cannot control their internal fraud the client has to suffer. The app is good but the processes flawed
