I can't pay for the activities I have booked. I want to pay early so I can access the vouchers in advance, but the website payment page keeps defaulting to a "we can't hold your basket any longer' message. I have tried on the app but after putting in my card details it keeps going back to the payment method page, with only the card option available which I select and then put in my card details, then click pay now only to go back to the payment method page again.

I've been successful recently buying a few Get Your Guide trips, but today I have repeatedly not been able to buy a senior ticket for Fun In Prague's "Prague Castle: Tour with Local Guide and Entry Ticket" for September 23, 2022 at 11am. The "Personal Details" populates with my info. but the website does not progress to "Payment Details." The circle keeps spinning in the bar at the top.
