Contact Smart Recorder and transcriber Support

This app is fine if you want to record audio. Sure. If, however, you want to do anything at all with that audio, you need to buy the full version. If you want to transcribe the audio (the whole reason I got it), you need to subscribe to another paid service and get another app, which also records, so why would you need this? But wait, if you go ahead and get the other app, and pay for the service to transcribe (because you’ve already got audio on here you have to work with) you STILL have to buy the full version of this app too. Rubbish. Now I have audio I can do absolutely nothing with beyond listen to it and transcribe it myself manually.

I won’t be using smart record because they share this personal information with their third party vender who then share it again with their third party venders. I don’t want to have my personal information shared and reshaped. I get sometimes as many as 30 emails a day from companies I’ve never heard of that say I signed up for these email. When I unsubscribe from the list these companies don’t respect my request not to receive emails from them. I have reported a few of the more aggressive parties for continuing to send emails. The rest I’ve put in the spam folder and fingers crossed 🤞🏼 I get these beastly emails under control.

This the most frustrating app I've ever tried to use. Help says "do this," so easy. But it won't do it the way Help explains an action. I can't get it to export the recording, I can't get it out of the iCloud now that it's in there-but it's still in my phone taking up space also. I can't delete recordings that I have already transcribed and/or sent to the iCloud. I have paid for all of the features, and yet have seen none of these features work as described. I am going to delete the app just to get the 4G space back on my phone. What a mistake. I need and want the recordings, but need the space on my phone also.
