The product overall is decent but I’ve had too many poor experiences with the Inbox in KhorosMarketing. 90% of the time I’m unable to like social posts or take any kind of Facebook action like hiding a comment or banning a user. Currently, I’m unable to assign care items to team members. What a waste.

There is no way to schedule out posts within KhorosMarketing . One of the benefits of the web-based program is the ability to future date posts and KhorosMarketing only allows posting in real-time. If this could be fixed it would definitely be 5 stars.

KhorosMarketing is useless without the ability to edit/schedule posts. Love the service, but this would be great if you could actually use it.
