When my company announced a step challenge, I was really excited to try the Incentifit app, but my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Let me start with the main issue: IncentFit barely works. Despite being marketed as a reliable way to track your steps, it constantly fails to record data accurately. I’ll walk 10,000 steps in a day, but IncentFit will register only 2,000, if I'm lucky. It doesn’t sync properly with my phone’s health data either, which makes the whole thing feel like a waste of space on my device.
As for customer service, after a long wait for a response, they finally got back to me—only to ask for dozens of screenshots to “investigate” the issue. My app is already synced with my health app, so asking for all these screenshots just felt like a runaround. It was frustrating and completely unnecessary. After providing all the screenshots, the issue was only temporarily resolved, and I’m still stuck with an app that doesn’t fully work.
Overall, the Incentifit app is unreliable, inaccurate, and frustrating. The customer service is unhelpful and adds to the hassle instead of solving the problem. There are plenty of better step tracking apps out there that actually work and provide decent support. This one is definitely not worth your time.
