Get Pricing Info for Condor Flugdienst GmbHFlight booking no 5260853 LAX to Fra and back Booked premium economy and was downgraded to economy. Called to ask if instead of downgrade we could fly another day without re-booking fees. Customer service person was unfriendly and completely unwilling to help and said there is nothing Condor can do. I find that hard to believe. We would be happy to fly another day on the outbound flight or get a full refund for the complete flight. The only reason we booked Condor was for the Premium Economy. Mrs Schumann from your customer service line was less than helpful. Please advise what can be done. If nothing we would expect a full refund. The website and app are substandard. I couldn’t input my passport info on either, had to call customer service, who initially thought I was an idiot when it’s the Condor systems that don’t work. I couldn’t access my booking info on the website when I logged into my account, but it was on the app. We upgraded to business class on our outbound flight via the app during the check-in period. When we upgraded on the return flight, we were charged, given two seats in the middle
of row 4, but in actuality never rebooked. When we called customer service, the rep was insulting, he said it’s not possible to upgrade online, would not rebook us over the phone since somehow it didn’t get confirmed in their system although we were charged €349 per seat, he also would help us with the charge and then hung up on us. The flight and flight crews were pretty good to wonderful, the website and app are useless and the customer service is awful.

I usually don’t write many bad reviews but this software is horrible. There is no way to get past the page after entering passport info thst asks where I am staying my first night in the us. But I am going to Frankfurt not coming to the us???? It doesn’t matter and there is no option to change this. Exiting dumps all data that has been inputted. I called the reservations person who had no clue that their software ( and website) are broken. Also there is no support contact for the website. Hopefully condor spends more of plane maintenance than they do on software.

Probably one of worst airline softwre I have everused. Given how barebones this airline is, you would think that they would want to invest more in an app. It was impossible to add my address and birthday info to my condor as well as my goes number so I went 3 hours early for my flight. In addition to having to wait with everyoine checking liggage I had to pay $30 for the privilige of having a live person check me in. Several people in line had the ame issue. The staff there were "stunned" that we had problems and claimed they had heard no complaints about the software...
