Hi!, I pay for the monthly subscription for Hopster for all the games. Recently, there’s only been 1 game available it being the monster game. All the other games are missing/loading . How would we resolve this issue? Talk soon.

How to fix Hopster app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Hopster app on iPhone
Update Hopster app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Hopster iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Hopster on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Hopster network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Hopster Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Hopster not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Hopster App
1. On android, goto Settings » Hopster » click [Force Stop]

Update Hopster to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Hopster App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Hopster » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Hopster.

Fix Hopster unable to contact server/ Hopster internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Hopster » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Hopster » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
