Plays video ads immediately after launching app-beware

If I could give a hundredth of a star I would. Periodically myself and others give this app a one star rating due to the issue of ads playing immediately after launching the app which if you happen to be somewhere that loud sounds are an issue then this is unacceptable. The developers seem to take notice and update the app where the ads are silent then after a period of sanity they decide to go back to greed and an update restores the noisy ads. Love the app and soon as I find a different app where this is not an issue this app will be deleted/history.
Ridiculous ads

First, let me start by saying that this app get the scores and every news right on time. It’s sometimes faster when I’m watching live game it tells me the scores before it happens. However, the ads of this app are getting out of hand. I tried to open the app one day and it popped up a 30 SECONDS commercial THIRTY!!! I reopened the app and it gave me a 15 seconds commercial again. I’m just tired of this commercials. Also you can’t navigate through the app without seeing any crazy ridiculous commercial pop up. You guys need to fix this or I’ll stick to my original ESPN app thank you.
Too many ads & it’s get infuriating

I love this app and I understand you need to run ads to be able to give it to us freely but this is becoming unbearable for me. I get ads anytime I open the app even if I open it thrice within 15 seconds and it’s very vexing. Please do something about it for us else I might uninstall the app to gain my freedom from these long ads. I also get notifications for team lineups but you click on it and there is no information until the match actually begins. Too many bugs lately!
