First off WHO DAT!!! Loved NewOrleansSaints at first no problems until recently.
1. Video streams normally until about the fourth quarter where am I am kicked out of the room and prompted to purchase a subscription to continue. OFFICIAL APP RESPONSE: Everything look good on our end. o_0 Has happened all three season games so far.
2. Advertisements keep running until app is closed then reopened. I literally sat through 8 to 10 minutes of advertisements that had came on during a turnover. DURING A TURNOVER!! wow...
I would not recommend NewOrleansSaints to a friend.
NewOrleansSaints replaced the NOLA Times Picayune app for me, but so far it has been a terrible experience. The interface is bad, and there are never any worthwhile articles within NewOrleansSaints about the team (breakdown of games, player grades, etc). You can't comment on anything within NewOrleansSaints either. Overall, it's pretty atrocious.
I thought once we PAID OUR $100 we can watch games LIVE every since I PAID my $100 I couldn’t watch one single game LIVE all we can do is LISTEN to the game who really want to Listen to a game now I can’t even watch the replay for some reason. I’m telling you right now this will be my last time Paying my $100!!!!!!
I have consistently had problems with NewOrleansSaints. 90% of the time when I checked NewOrleansSaints it says I have no Internet connection, while every other app is working just fine. I have had to uninstall and reinstall NewOrleansSaints on numerous occasions.
Alerts the settings take. You can turn them in but as soon as you leave NewOrleansSaints thx setting turn off.
They don't work. Any of them.
I love NewOrleansSaints. But I live in California and since you started those stupid 5AM ALERTS I have seriously considered uninstalling it. Why is it necessary for it to scream for any time other than a touchdown!! Please fix this madness
Light show feature didn't work on my phone and got waaaaaayyyyy too many notifications during the game
Why does the TD & FG announcement come in several minutes after the fact? It should be immediately!
I really love NewOrleansSaints. It makes me smile when I hear the touchdown Saints sound effect. One thing that annoys me though is the traffic updates. I understand for people going to the games it is helpful but for us not it can be a little annoying. I wish you could turn off the traffic feature. Who Dat for life!
I love NewOrleansSaints , as it gives us everything about my team, it just needs to add who has the ball on the main screen when they are playing. Otherwise great app! 😁😁 Go Saints!!

I have not had any problems with NewOrleansSaints. I does what I needs it to do and that is keep me informed on my Black and Gold Attack!! I would recommend NewOrleansSaints to any loyal New Orleans Saints fan!! Send updates when possible and try to give NewOrleansSaints and new upgrade and feel.
