Disappointed
The July update solved app loading issues, but didn't solve the problem the app has with syncing info from the same servers that supply the electronic billboards or even the kc scout website. The majority of the time upon starting the app you see spinning wheels vs # of incidents, and when you do see info it's likely out of date.. people please contact the kc scout office through the website and ask them to solve the issues.. hopefully the more contacts they get, the faster they'll solve the problems

Never works
This app only works about 1x a week. I try to check traffic every day before rush hour, and there is almost always an error. I have the latest version, and latest version of iOS. Please fix the app! Edited to add after I read other reviews...only works on WiFi. Well, that is not helpful if you are in your car

App is completely non-functional
I suspect that Scout changed a server or address that the app uses, but this app is absolutely broken. It doesn't get any data from the server... No cams, no sign data, no incident data. I've been trying more than 30 days so it doesn't appear to be a temporary problem.
