I can’t log into the game. I go to the log in and put my user name and password name in and press play it goes back to the screen for password and login. I have washed the cookies and restarted my I pad and it didn’t help.

Webkinz repeatedly crashes. I cleared the cache, uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I use webkinz on my windows computer.

I have the desktop app for mac. I'm able to log in and play for about 30 minutes and then I get a pop up saying "Sorry we're unable to connect" but I'm in the middle of a game and can log back in immediately. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and nothing changed.

Common dislikes about Webkinz app

- The W shop glitches and makes you exit the store at random times.

- You cannot bring some of the games from the PC version onto the Mobil.

- There are only two gender options.

- You cannot hang out with your friends or do everything the site has to offer.

- Most of the features aren’t available on the app.

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Webkinz app issues:

Force Stop the Webkinz App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Webkinz app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Webkinz to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Webkinz App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Webkinz app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Webkinz.

Fix Webkinz unable to contact server/ Webkinz internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Webkinz » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Webkinz » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
