Here’s a story that I need to say: when my friend was telling me about this app I was curious to know what was that game after she told me I played it, it was fun I went to adopt a pet but when I tried to get a pet all of a sudden the bird looked like it was staring at me I ignored it and I adopted a pet I want to the doctors office and I heard in you tube that if you click on the poster 32 times I think something will happen, so I did that and it just closed the curtains and started to attack my pet, I was terrified and I went to adopt a new pet but then the birds eyes were red...then the screen went black all I could see is the doctor and the one that I tried to adopt a pet were staring at me I screamed in fear and then a text bubble said this: “you can never escape us” I was scared and deleted the game and after that I will never play that game again so this was a real story that happened to me, please be careful stuff can happen

i absolutely adored this app when i was younger, and currently since my younger siblings have an ipad and my parents have computers at their work we don’t have a family computer and i only have my school laptop so this is my only way to play this app, i was so excited upon discovering Webkinz but i was very disappointed, only one of the games i liked to play at the arcade is there (smoothie moves) and most of the features aren’t their either, there’s no clubhouse, no town map, no academy (that i can find), no doctor, no jobs, pretty much all of my favorite parts of the game are only available on the website, which i am currently unable to access, and this is more to the whole of this app including the website but there’s only two gender options, and as a non-binary person it’s simply not a great situation. i’m not saying they should have all the gender options (although they really should in this day and age) but at the very least they could have a prefer not to say option. if it weren’t for my overwhelming nostalgia of just playing this app i would rate Webkinz zero stars

I love this game but I have some problems... Reason one: in-app purchases, you need them to get points. How ridiculous is that? Reason two: points, you have to “complete chapters” to get them. You can only have the chapters on the web version. Really ganz, how would you do that to me? Reason three: the park, most badges can only be brought from there, and it is web-only. You have to adopt “adventure park pets” to go there. What happened, you guys did it? Reason four: membership, you need it to earn additional mini games. I had to “re-log” three times, once on my return for a long time, another when I was playing the Atlantiles mini game, and once today! It would be fun if you could try to fix these glitches I have one question how can I get to other places? Most of them are just saying “games arcade” p.s. thanks for creating the game!

Update: I didn’t like the previous problems but Webkinz was fun. But... the worst problem is that it always logs you out, the other day when I was playing Atlantiles I earned a total of 2502 points and Webkinz logged me out and it lost all of my info, including my pet, and I would like to say I would’ve earned three badges but no the game had to log me out. Today I went on Webkinz and I couldn’t get past the arcade. That drove me bonkers. Please fix the issues and I will give you 5 stars.

I’m 20 years old and I was so excited to find Webkinz. I feel like a little it again! Unfortunately, I was immediately met with disappointment upon opening Webkinz . It took dozens of tries for it to load correctly, even after restarting my phone and clearing it from running in the background. Once I finally got into Webkinz , I was met with more bugs to the point that it just freezes. Another problem I ran into was the instruction screen disappeared once I got a notification from another app and opened it, so I missed out on the introduction- not a big deal though because I used to play it all the time. The last problem I’ve run into in the short time I’ve been trying to play it is that it doesn’t seem to be fitted for an iPhone screen given the notch. This means that when my this app talks to me it’s constantly blocked by the notch and there’s nothing I can do about it.

The last thing I want to say is if you’re going to release an update (as I can see you’ve just done) you should actually fix the bugs, which you claim is the purpose of the update. And you put “Bugfies”. What does that even say? You can’t even type “Bug fixes” correctly? Seriously? That just sets a bad precedence to what Webkinz will be like, and unfortunately I was right in assuming that.

I am really enjoying playing Webkinz version of this app. It’s fun to have something to do on my phone that isn’t scrolling through social media. Over all it’s a good game, but there are some really frustrating parts. First, why isn’t the mobile app updated to be the same as the desktop? It’s annoying to have to log into both the mobile and desktop apps in one day in order to do everything in this app. It really seems like they should be able to incorporate it all into one. Secondly, Webkinz crashes ALL OF THE TIME. And lastly, this game costs so much money. Like it’s actually ridiculous. Over half of the stuff in the store requires monetary purchase, from your actual wallet. You could spend $8 on one single virtual table or bed. It’s actually ridiculous. I understand they want to make money but I don’t understand why the tokens you purchase are so expensive and why all of the special token items are marked so high. It makes the game frustrating because you are soooo limited if you aren’t going to invest hundreds of dollars in a virtual game. Lastly, for all of the money it appears they’re making, I’m not sure where it’s going. Like I said, Webkinz crashes all the time and isn’t even the full version of this app. But otherwise, it is fun to play if you just resign yourself to not spending money and that you won’t be able to buy or use everything in the game.

Webkinz will never compare to the online version of this app. There is barely anything to do on Webkinz and the only reason I go on it is to collect medallions, spin the Wheel of Wow, and to decorate rooms.

Webkinz itself glitches, it will randomly log me out without a message popping up, usually multiple times. It’s very annoying.

I found out about the this app app by accident, I don’t think that they understand that if they want people to use their services then they need to market to their target audience. I’ve made account for my 8 and 10 year old brother and sister and they find Webkinz to be boring. Again, this app needs to adapt to to what their target audience wants. Kids don’t really play computer games anymore, they play on apps. It’s a pain for me to get my computer out to check the Curio Shop and to do other this app activities. I’ll stick with the computer until more features are added.

The whole idea of this app is very adorable. Purchase cute stuffed animals that have an online counterpart is totally awesome!!!

My whole complaint is this...

Webkinz is very boring. There needs to be more to do on it. There should at least be a couple of worlds where you can bring your pets, go shopping in different malls in each world, do different activities such as going to the theme park, the beach and other options of places to see and do.

I also think there should be house buying. Where you pick houses that you would like your pet’s rooms to be in or something along that line.

Another thing...

My personal opinion the counterpart for the pink and white cat is not cute at all. I really think you should make it look better. The stuffed animal is darling and I love her very much, but her counterpart... not so much. I really believe that one could look a lot cuter. My opinion I feel you should change it’s look.

Otherwise, Webkinz and game is a good concept. It just needs far more work. I like games I can play for hours. This one I only am on for about five minutes if even that long. Please update where there is more to do in the game. Please and thank you very much!

While I think this is a great app, I keep hoping that one day the full this app Site will be available. I have been playing this app since 2008, I have adopted nearly 400 this app and have had a Deluxe account since the option was introduced....I’ve been without a laptop for a while now so Webkinz has allowed me to take care of my “pets”, play a lot of the games I love, allowed me to continue growing my collection and allowed be to decorate the rooms. They have done a fantastic job of making this app World available to you on mobile devices and the site runs flawlessly.

Edit: You have done a good job of adding more for us to do on the mobile site., but I have to ask if you will ever make the entire this app Site available on the mobile app? A lot of people no longer have Pc’s or Laptops since practically everything can be accomplished on their mobile devices. Those of us who use mobile devices miss out on so much on daily activities, Jobs and special events in The Clubhouse. Personally, I would even be willing to pay a monthly subscription to have access to the full site.

When I was younger, I loved playing this game when I could. I love playing the game, but now, as an adult, I don’t really have all the time to go log in to the computer at home. I’d love to be able to take the pets to the Kinsville Academy or the Curio Shop, as well as Quizzy’s Question Corner. It would also be fun to have the employment office or the park to meet and adventure in. I noticed that there are updates that include more and more games added to the arcade and I am enjoying them very much. this app, to my belief, is a really awesome game that I’ve never been able to find another game just like it. Thanks!

PS. Would you please, please, please add the ability to move, enlargen, and delete rooms. That would be awesome!!!

Love Webkinz , love playing the old school games. The thing is...it’s not very enjoyable when Webkinz takes forever to load sometimes and glitches. I’ve been playing this mobile app everyday since I found it on Webkinz Store, but it’s getting to the point where the games seems to never let you win, and you have to put money into the game to be able to even enjoy the full thing. I’d put money into a game that loads fast and I can actually win decent point in the games. I play tile towers and the shuffle literally screws you every other time it seems like. Come on now, update your game!

I grew up playing this app, so when I heard of Webkinz , I downloaded it instantly. I was hoping for all of the stuff that I remembered growing up, but understood that time has past so some things probably changed.
For instance, a lot of the arcade games have changed (but they did keep some classics). There is no more gem hunt, or doctor as far as I can tell.
There are even still some glitches (I’d assume) like not being able to play any in house games (board games, air hockey, etc.)

I think with enough people loving this and waiting for it to be perfect, we could get there. I hope this app can bring some of their great stuff back and fix the bugs

Ok so, I mean come on. This game isn’t so bad. But I gotta say, I kinda like it. But... this app on the computer 🖥 is WAY better. On this one... all you can do is the following words. Buy stuff, go to the arcade, collect medallions, dress up your pet. I also don’t like how it takes a little while to go through door to door! I’m mean it takes seconds and seconds! I also dont like how in the w shop, either things cost millions of ganz Estore points or cost a member ship or buy a new pet. And where it doesn’t remember your password. Well I mean, on the computer it saves your password. Like, you don’t have to type it in. On this one, I almost forgot my password because you have to type it in! Although I still like everything else about it . Sent.

I do like this app. I like it a lot. But now, every time I try to play Dogbeard’s Gold, it goes back to home screen. Worse, I was on a roll one time with 17 points, (and believe me, it is HARD to get 17 points), when it went back to home screen. The 17 points were added to my this app cash, but my streak was lost. I don’t know it this is this app Makers fault, but if it is, please don’t let it happen again. Also, I was playing this morning and I had 1-thousand-something this app cash. I started playing about two hours ago, and I had 500 something. MY THOUSAND DOLLARS WAS MISSING! Please stop this! One more thing. The games that you can buy for KinzCash DON’T WORK. You tap it to try to play, but it never works! I guess my little Charlotte can never play. Thanks for reading. Have a good day.

Dear this app,
I was having fun on this app, and I am glad this app still exist! Though, something weird happend. When I put my pet to sleep when the free deluxe trial day was over, but then something popped up and said “invalid session”. And then it logged me out. I was really scared and freaked out! I thought a hacker hacked me or something! I couldn’t figure any way out, because my password was spammed, and I couldn’t remember my password! So I had to deleted it and make a new account with the almost same name with the same pet. But the good thing is I get my cash again :) (but not KinzCash, the green money one). But that’s the weird thing that happened to me on this app. Though, it’s not about the rumors, it’s different. I don’t have screenshots, it was too late. I wish I did though, I’m still scared.

Today is my fifth year on this app. Sadly, there is not everything to offer as there is on the website. There is no school, 1/4 game amount, no job, no clubhouse, no map, no adventure park, no today’s activities, no park, no quests. You have some options though, such as adopt, play a few of the higher quality games and decorate houses (the best part!). Of course, I love Ganz and excuse this recent app as a work in progress. I still recommend getting the computer version if you can, but this is a fine alternative if you can’t. I will stick with the lovely pc version and enjoy my prizes <3 thanks for bringing me happiness and encouraging my love of plushies! And a special thanks for the wonderful deluxe bundle currently. I’ve been eyeing the berry seeds for ages but turned them down due to price, and now they’re finally in my garden. Many thanks again to the team of Ganz!

So, I haven't played the game on the computer yet, so I don't know how many features I'm missing. But, Webkinz IS ALREADY SO COOL!!! Listen, I'm almost 14 years old, and I adore Webkinz. So let me list some of my fav features.
~Almost all furniture items are interactive
~The pets are SO adorable!
~You can have more than one pet and room
~You can make all sorts of dishes
But there are a couple problems, to, like arcade games hardly give you ANY money, and most really good items cost from
700-1,000 coins. And how on Earth do you get gold G-coins!?!?
And it WILL glitch sometimes. Once you go into Webkinz and start typing in your password GO VERY SLOWLY. It might say that your account information is incorrect. Then force close Webkinz , go back in, type it in again, and see if it'll work.
Other people have been asking to sell items, but I have a better idea.
A Market. You heard me. A Market! :) A place where other players can buy or sell from other people's markets. And you can sell food, clothes, and furniture, and make a profit!

No, you can’t hang out with your friends or do everything the site has to offer, but it’s amazing for when you’re out and about or about to go to bed and you wanna play a quick game or check on your pets! There’s exclusive items on Webkinz and you can spin the wheel of wow once on Webkinz and once on the site daily - that’s two spins total 🤭 I’ve played since 2007 and I play less now that I’m older but I definitely check in a lot, and Webkinz makes it so easy! No need to turn on my ancient computer just to fix up their rooms.. I would love a new plush pet!! Limited edition maybe? It would sell well! Thank you this app for making my childhood :-)

OKAY, so this game is great. this is one of my childhood games ! im currently 14.. and i love playing this, just started playing again since a long time ago. Good game, has good games like the arcade .. you can chat with people and make friends ! but .. im having a bit of a problem, the parent email won’t send so i can’t really “ text “ or talk to other this app. I’ve sent an email so i could get help and i haven’t received anything yet, maybe it was because of my email? so i tried another one and nothing! so now im just waiting for a response. but other than that this game is great! and is a good game for children but hopefully one of the technical people who work at this app can responce to this and help me out , please && thank you!

I love that we have a new form of playing this app on the go! For years now the only way I could play this app was on the computer, but now I can play whenever! I love it a lot especially when i just wanna play when I’m laying in bed these days! But I do have a few issues with Webkinz , first off: whenever I open up the W shop it glitches and makes me exit the store at random times, it’s quite annoying when trying to shop! Second is: I’d love it if we could either bring some of the games from the PC version onto the Mobil, like spree and wishing well 2! If not then maybe we could have the tournament arena! Companies have been making multiplayer games for years, so I’m sure it wouldn’t be too hard to incorporate this feature! But that’s basically it! Either way I love Webkinz for playing this app and it’s a lot of fun!

Webkinz it could be soooo amazing add all the features off PC version or most of them. If it’s too much memory offer it to be purchased separately id definitely buy that I’ve had account for about 15yrs since I first started and I personally believe we didn’t need this app next we wanted this app classic Perfected and more stuff added more games more ways to get coinz and able to change name of pets and delete rooms and have access to buy even bigger rooms, able to merge rooms would be great, the occasional lag in certain areas of the game to be fixed.
It’s a neat app all in all hope to see more added.

I opened my account waaaaay back in ‘07 when I was 8... Recently, now 20, I’ve been having some real nostalgia, so I decided to see for fun if this app has a mobile app since it’s been ages since I’ve had a laptop or desktop. Turns out, there is an app! When I first went on, I was so happy to see all my pets, but quickly realized there wasn’t nearly as much to do as there used to be. I just thought this app got rid of that stuff all together, but I found out all that stuff is just desktop only. I hope eventually it all goes to mobile, and if not on smartphones, than at least on iPads and tablets because I feel like this app could make a HUGE comeback for the next generation of children.

The people who run webkinz are cheaters. I bought a brand new webkinz pet with a sealed code, and they said the code was invalid, also a pet code they sent me with a deluxe account was invalid. They refused to give me a valid code. For one deluxe account they didn't send a pet code at all. Again, no help from the greedy people at webkinz.
