The new app has no section for tracking flights. It takes you to the web. Do better.

How can a company like virgin have such bad IT? The website is one of the worst I’ve ever used and VirginAtlantic is nonfunctional. I’m astounded as all they need to do is use Delta’s technology people.

Typical VS…Terrible I.T. that is poor as compared to peers . Functionally of App is nothing new , a step backward in some cases. A change that is all style, no substance.

The old app was frustrating to use. Especially to search for flights. This new app managed to increase the difficulty in inputting destinations and search for flights to book. Nothing is native in VirginAtlantic . It frequently requires signing back in. Did anyone benchmark against other airline apps?

Just as the title says. First of all, just update your original app, don’t make a new one and call it “better”. It just uses the web to access most stuff. It opens your browser and nothing is native for booking or managing. Did you even test this before hand? Your old app was better. Seems like a beta that they accidentally released.
