Gave this a try on my iPad because I really liked the layout of it vs Plappa. Downloaded bunch of books and got it all set up and AudioBooth kept crashing whenever I tried to play a book or even search.

I downloaded AudioBooth bc the UI looks so much like the native Books app. UI-wise it’s perfect. It can handle multiple libraries seemlessly. However. I got tired of AudioBooth having issues playing my audio. The books would all of a sudden go silent. To make sure it wasn’t my files, I went to Safari to play them from the site, which always worked.

That happened too often. Then I would get the “Error Loading Audio Player” which was the final straw for me. I switched to another app. Great UI but app needs work.

Would be 5*, but there is a very annoying bug where I often can’t hit play. The book just immediately pauses. I have to tap play like 20 times to get it to work

Love AudioBooth and the price 😁 My only complaint is that it has trouble remembering where I left off in an audiobook and frequently starts over from the beginning.

AudioBooth is amazing! Plays all my audiobook easily and cleanly and syncs my progress across devices! 10/10 app would recommend

It’s perfect, does everything I need or want! I had been using Plappa but this one is superior.

Awesome client for ABS. better than any others I’ve used and clearly very modern.

I’m surprised at how quick it starts. It’s not quite at parity with other audiobookshelf clients, but it’s not far off. I’m hopeful for its future.

I have tried all the ABS apps for iOS and this one is the winner. Does everything you need from an app and the dev is super active.

It’s awesome. I’m really having a lot of good experiences with AudioBooth . I can get to everything really easily and it’s a lot of fun easy access stuff and yeah it’s all amazing. ☺️☺️☺️☺️

AudioBooth is absolutely fantastic. The developer is working on it actively and adding features way faster than I expected, and I’ve yet to run into any bugs even on the TestFlight versions.
Additionally they are happy to take feedback and even added a niche feature that only I would ever want, saving me from coming up with a very convoluted solution to a problem.
Seriously, you should use AudioBooth over anything else out there.

I'm really happy with AudioBooth after struggling with audiobookshelf's mobile app. Everything runs great except I did find a small bug where collections you have to click on the item above instead of the correct item.

I'm really glad I made the switch.

I have tried a few apps and most are not this is the best. Never lost my progress and allows for downloading the books to device.

AudioBooth is really well made and it blows every other Audiobookshelf app out of the water. It seems the developer intends to keep updating and improving AudioBooth so I’m along for the ride!!!

Thank you very much for making this happen. Now I don’t have to rely on a web browser to access my collection. Keep up the good work.

Another great alternative for Plappa and Shelf Player. Have tried all 3 and so far this will be the one I stay with. It’s great in its current form so looking forward to seeing it continue to improve and be my main solution for abs

Thanks so much for making AudioBooth. I have tried others but this one is by far better in every way. Being able to customize and auto download is awesome. The metadata that is shown for each books is very useful. Keep up the great work!

AudioBooth has absolutely everything that I need to be able to connect to my Audiobookshelf collection, download, save progress, manage, etc. An amazing app from an amazing developer. Thank you for your hard work; please keep it up.

This was a powerful story about a mother’s undying love and support of her child as he makes his way in a tough and often unkind world. A coming of age saga that felt so real, I had to keep checking it was a memoir. Sam’s struggles with his condition, his loss of faith, his friendships and love took my heart apart and then put it all back together. I am beyond moved by this novel.

AudioBooth is sleek it reports back to the server it has multiple great features and you can’t get better app
