On December 29, 2025, I downloaded from AppFree the Silo App with the free lifetime subscription to both my Ipads and my IPhone which was offered free within the 24 promotional period. I checked my IOS Devices under Settings-Media Purchases which reflected $0.00. I followed the onboarding instructions and got through the second slash screen which required a passcode registration through Apple, Google or another company. I selected Apple for each device. Next, I checked the passcodes under the Apple App Passwords which clearly showed three different passcodes. I thought they would all be identical as I have no intention of using only one device at a time. Only once was I able to launch Silo on one IPad. I closed the App and tried to use it again but I was confronted with almost the same second Splash Page requiring to register again with Apple, Google, etc. I saw a note that said passcode created (my first attempt) with the option to create a new passcode. I deleted the Silo App three times and tried to register. No success on any of my devices. I wasted 2 hours 15 minutes for nothing. I submitted a request for help through the Apple App Store “Contact The Developer “ and am awaiting a reply.
I’m most disappointed. I reviewed other user reviews which seemed positive and for that I’m happy they had success.
At this point I can only offer one star as my evaluation but will be happy to amend this rating if The App Developer responds and can help me to get the Silo App to properly work on my IOS Devices all running IOS 26.2
