I set up a page to watch thinking that I could move off of using Visualping. I set up a URL that I want to watch and left Notify to do what it is supposed to do. I received a notification from Visualping that there was an update. Notify? I checked and even manually initiated a refresh and was told there was no update. Next, I saw the update that I could create groups so I tried that. I created the group on one device and opened the other to join. There’s an option to scan a QR code but no QR code to scan. So I copy the token and paste it on the other device. All good? I’m not sure because no group is visible on either device but if I try to join again I am told that device #2 is already a member of the group on device #1. I suspect I am doing something wrong and (thankfully) Notify is free but it appears to require more advanced skills than what I have because it looks to me like it doesn’t do anything.
