I already had a great Market Street app. I just want to refill my prescriptions like I always do- so easy on MarketStreet ! Well now there’s a new MS app, fine- I download the new app no problem. Now I’m an existing customer and stuck in a vicious cycle of verifying my email to log into my prescription account. So my quick request a refill has turned into 45 mins of trying to set up a new app, a call to customer service on eternal hold. I’m just going to move my prescription to a pharmacy with a drive thru (that would probably be ready for pick up by now!) Why mess with something that was already working seamlessly??? Oh- did I mention when I put in my existing phone number it told me sorry that number is already associated with an existing account! Well yeah I know that- that’s where my prescriptions are but because it’s on the old app I’m being forced to change I can’t access MY prescriptions with MY phone number- WTH! Btw, HEB is soon to open in my neighborhood- MS better get it all straight, I’m sure I won’t be the only one switching! Unfortunate because the pharmacy team at my local MS is EXEMPLARY.

My wife and I have been shopping at the Canyon, Texas United Store and used the previous app many times. Now, trying to install the new version, we are told we aren’t within coverage for MarketStreet . This is unacceptable. Fix it or we’ll become WalMart shoppers exclusively and we’ll spend our money there.

I really dont like the navigation of new app. I dont need suggestions, I don’t need ai for grocery shopping. It erased my buy it again which is inconvenient because I order the same things every week. I just want to use the old app.

I followed the directions to sign into this new app. I go to location on MarketStreet and it tells me to download MarketStreet . Then tells me that MarketStreet is not available in my country or region… if this is new and improved they can keep it!

MarketStreet is difficult to find things and much more difficult to use. I like some of the added features, like shopping preferences, but surely the other app could have accommodated them. Sometimes change for the sake of change is not a good plan.

New app destroyed pharmacy functionality, none of my family’s prescriptions are showing. The pharmacy at my local store confirmed this is a widespread issue.

Had to download the “new” app and all of my prescriptions and prescription history are GONE!! Nowhere on MarketStreet to be found! Complete waste of space is all MarketStreet is now. THANKS FOR NOTHING!

No, I do not need to contact developers or even the pharmacy that I use at Market Street. Moving all of the current app info over to the “new” app would simply have been too much to ask.

I’ll my focus and energy to find a different pharmacy.

Every time I try to create my new login for the pharmacy part of MarketStreet, it doesn’t do anything. I click sign up and nothing happens. I loved the convenience on the old app of being able to refill my meds and see how many refills I had left. I managed my family’s meds. I now have to call in because MarketStreet doesn’t work. Calling in takes time away from the pharmacy being able to be more efficient at their jobs. I’m very unhappy with this not working especially after all the hype about having a better app!

Forced into a new app and lost all the data. One of the main uses is previous orders. Fine I can rebuild that, but then removed ApplePay.

Went from a purchase where I’m not really worried about my payment to not have any trust or faith in my payment details.

Bad experience

About 2 months or so have passed since this new app released to replace the old one.

I like that MarketStreet automatically clips coupons and deals for me. Saves a lot of time and effort, and some money too.

I don’t like how the ‘Family Members’ feature works. It’s impossible to tell when a grocery order is scheduled to be delivered if you’re not the primary orderer. You also cannot see any past purchases this way.

Also of note is how you cannot add items from a saved list straight to the cart; you must first click on the item to go to its page, then add it to cart from there. Or, you can add everything from the list at once, but you must uncheck every item that you don’t wish to order, rather than checking the ones that you do want.

Aside from the fact that I basically had to start over, because none of my saved information was available, (my lists, previously purchased items, etc) I found MarketStreet much easier to use. Deals are easy to see as you shop for items and the coupons are right there with the item so you can purchase easily without a lot of back and forth. My biggest gripe is that you still have to choose substitutions or no substitution on EACH item! Personally, I find it highly annoying, because I already spent time making my selections. It would be nice to choose whether to allow a substitution or not at the time an item is selected, saving customers extra time later.

This was my first use of their NEW APP. We do orders for pickup often and the previous APP was a pain to deal with, constantly going up and down. I am very happy after the first use of their NEW APP it worked perfectly!!
*** PLEASE NOTE: there is one key point I DO NOT like. I asked the employee for my copy of the paperwork/order when he finished loading. He advised me that you don’t do that anymore??? He stated it was all on my copy of MarketStreet ??? In other words Digital Only!! That I am not happy about! I want a paper copy for my records not a read only list on my iPad thanks to your decision??? I checked and Kroger still gives a paper copy/checklist when you pick up an order there!! That is something I will have to consider in the future for my orders!!***

Why is it that some people get free delivery and some of us have to pay fee’s. We should all have the same advantage’s

Amazing app and easy to use however I strongly recommend they add Apple Pay

I love that you can use the health portion of MarketStreet for rewards. Love the way this influences accountability by staying active and making healthy choices

MarketStreet is a 1,000 times better than the old app!!! So glad y’all improved it. Old one was annoying in a number of ways. This one is faster and easier to pay on. 2 constructive criticisms: substitution button is a little tricky but it is was my first time on MarketStreet . 2. Please add Apple Pay.

I always order my groceries from Market Street, but this new app makes it so much easier!
