DO NOT GET THE MEMBERSHIP ON HERE, they make it incredibly hard to find where to cancel (they some how made it to where the link to cancel goes away as soon as the page loads in) but once you finally find a way to click on the link they still won’t let you cancel!

I got Noveloom because it had really good stories but I have emailed to cancel my subscription and received no response. I have tried to cancel it on Noveloom about 10 times now and it refuses to cancel… I don’t know what to do now.. i highly recommend that you DO NOT download this fraudulent app

I purchased the subscription but it never activated in the account and there’s no way for me to contact anyone. I’ll just contact my bank.

I subscribed to the trial for $2.99 for the week, but there was no cancellation option for the membership. It is not in setting, on your phone, or on the VIP membership area. It seems like it is a cash grab.

It’s a scam. Money grab. Cant cancel after free trial. Books are only 5-7 chapters a piece. Worst app you can have and dont answer emails. Stealing money!! Make sure you report Noveloom until it gets removed off Noveloom store

The top ups are pricey and it gets expensive after a point.

Good until it wants u to pay. The ads it has doesn’t really match up

It’s okay, good stories but keeps wanting me to sign up for membership. I just want to read a full story for free for once, especially when there are stories similar to it that I’ve seen before.

So far it’s good but seems a little pricey gut the chapters.

Amazing story and nice lay out hate that you have to pay though but also be careful you will get so invested in the story

I like the stories it’s do many options although some of the writers writing and grammar isn’t correct it’s not Noveloom ’s fault other than that no problem
