I had an issue with Lovella in November when I found out that I was being charged 999 a week for Lovella. I had signed up for a trial of it and did not know that you were going to automatically take my money out of my Apple gift card. Quite honestly I’m over 80 and retired and that was a big loss to me. I advised you what had happened nobody ever got back to me. That really wasn’t any good customer service. I still use Lovella books but now when I run out of minutes, sometimes I can read ads and sometimes they will not allow me to. Can you tell me why that is happening? It happens a lot and I’m not sure what’s causing it or how to correct it. And then maybe a day or so later I’ll try it and all of a sudden it’s fine. Can you help me orShould I just forget about Lovella?

On August 29, 2025 I wanted Lovella without ads so I subscribed, I realized that it was too expensive for my budget 80 years old and of course I’m retired and I’m on Social Security so I decided I was not going to take it for $10 a weekI did not realize that they were automatically continuing my subscription. Now there’s a wheel that shows up and you spin the wheel and you’re lucky you get minutes I was doing that quite honestly I don’t think they ever gave it to me that I had no ads showing up because I had trouble with my computer, my iPad rather and I could not get into it and tonight I got into it and I was like oh let me just check because the last time I had looked, I was spending money off of my Apple gift card and more money had gone than I had thought and I wanted to check and see what was going on with it and when I went into the account, I was surprised to see that over $100 has been going for no ads and it would end tomorrow. I’m like oh damn I made a mistake. I’m screwed. I couldn’t see anything for Customer Service for you so I said well I may as well read the books tonight and tomorrow from Lovella and again I spun the wheel when it was there it came up and I had 20 minutes and when the 20 minutes were up at cold for an ad and at that moment, that’s what made me realize like that’s been happening to me quite a while. I don’t know if it’s the whole nine weeks but I have not been getting free ads from Lovella. Can you please check I’m sure that you’re able to and if so, why can’t I do it today? Why am I being asked for ads Tonight? I really appreciate your help as I said I don’t mean to cry about this, but I received it as a birthday gift the Apple gift card and to know that $100 of it went is really disturbing because I as I said I could not afford $10 a week and I wouldn’t wanna spend that much money a week. Please help me.
