Family locator is not responding to request for help. Tracker is showing wife's phone not phone we are looking for. Wants more money to add lost phone. Useless with no phone number to call for help.
I tried ro download and order your app this morning on the 4 am hour. I paid for thr week subscription, but after miltiple attemps to donwllad the app, i was unable to download ithere eas an error message that o had no internet connection and to retry. It got stuck like thet rhe ghree times i attempted to erase snd try to download again. After three hours i hwve guveen up. Clesrly the app is not working and i would a refund in full as i was neither able to download rhe app or run the request to find my biyfrkends missing phine.

I went on line and tried to find my daughters phone from a hit and run car accident. It did not find it. I sent a request in two days, which was to be free, to cancel. Because of the accident, and a computer down, and trying to work with the auto insurance over the claims, did not realize the continued and erratic charges. Had an account go from the first of the year to check out any suspicious debits on our checking account. I called my bank claims and told them of the findings and that this was canceled, and because of injuries did not follow on sume suspicious charges. as of 3/9 a charge of 2.50 yes was agreeded. But then a 4.99 on that date, 3/13 10.00, 4/5 9.99 5/8 9.99 ,5/13 39.99, 6/9 9.99, 6/13 39.99, 8/8 9.99 8/13 39.99, 9/8 9.99, 9/13 39.99. Had not realized with another company also, pulling unauthorized charges. So far the accounting person said approx. $247.38 charges unauthorized on my account. The bank said to inform you, which so sneaky not having a phone # to call anyone, and other business of the day, this was unknown till the account was checked out this last few days. The account said as she has calculate $267.37. I told claims that a phone # is not to be found. I also called to find out what my attorney would charge as to bring this miscarriage to justice. He looked at the web sites where you say you give no refunds. So he said this is worth fighting for, and to first let you know what I am claiming, then to contact the bank again and give them the list, and then will start a claim.
