A good ai and service built on a sandy foundation

I like this app a lot. I think it’s the best service of its kind Would rate it five stars if I could sign into it. What happens was that when I created my account. I accidentally fat fingered the back button after my account was created. Resulting in creation of that account under my phone/email. and when I tried to proceed again it said that that account already existed with that information. No biggie. I’ll just change some characters in the username and password. But that resulted in two usernames and passwords for one phone/email. And the app really doesn’t like that. So Can’t sign in anymore. Please fix.
