How to fix Archi app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Archi app on iPhone
Update Archi app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Archi iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Archi on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Archi network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Archi Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Archi not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Archi App
1. On android, goto Settings » Archi » click [Force Stop]

Update Archi to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Archi App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Archi » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Archi.

Fix Archi unable to contact server/ Archi internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Archi » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Archi » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
