How to fix Prove It app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Prove It app on iPhone
Update Prove It app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Prove It iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Prove It on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Prove It network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Prove It Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Prove It not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Prove It App
1. On android, goto Settings » Prove It » click [Force Stop]

Update Prove It to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Prove It App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Prove It » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Prove It.

Fix Prove It unable to contact server/ Prove It internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Prove It » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Prove It » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
