Web based free trial exported shorts and reframed them. After I purchased OpusPro , it does not. This is not what I wanted, and will be asking for a refund.

they declined my refund request because I never approved the purchase in the first place. There are plenty of better apps out there that have better customer service do not waste your money.

Bought OpusPro on my phone but when I open OpusPro it keeps asking me to choose a plan. Looked under my Apple ID subscription and it has already charged me. I would definitely like to cancel and get a refund
