I’ve paid the annual membership and expected full, unrestricted access to PolloAI . Now I’m being asked to pay more to get more ‘credits’ and if I generate a few images, my credits run out. Then I’m expected to pay more for more credits.
Just a scam and I can’t even get my money back. Such thievery.

Take it back to the drawing board. Users are starting off with 4 credits. Not enough to try VEO3. The consensus is, try before you buy. Not the other way around. 1 star. Deleted. I will give my money to Google VEO3 on their site.

I regret purchasing this AI tool because it never generated the results I expected. PolloAI consumes all the purchased tokens and credits but produces unsatisfactory outcomes. I simply wanted an image of a car driving on a road with a person inside during a sunset, but the results are frustrating. Even when using the “Consistent Character Video” mode, the character's appearance and facial features change completely. I wish I had never paid for PolloAI.

I subscribed the service but I am totally unable to load a picture or video. When I try help, I get the “user unauthorized” message. The only thing that seems to work is the subscription tool, since the charge is already in my account and the only additional action I seem to be able to reach is an option for another even more expensive plan.

PolloAI is really frustrating me. I was trying generate a photo into a video and it kept saying “generation failed”. I have tried multiple prompts and it continues to say “generation failed” I have retried to use every single prompt to generate a video and the results continue to get worse and worse which really getting on my nerves so badly that it really pisses me off it really annoys me when trying every prompts that I have used to say “generation failed”

Bought the subscription and had no coins added to my account. Veo 3 worked well in the free trail only made one video. The only problem is that when you pay for the subscription it is “suppose” to give you 100 coins and you can absolutely do nothing with that. Pretty sure PolloAI will see lawsuits at some point. Just a money grab.

5 sec. should be plenty of time to make the characters kiss, but PolloAI uses 3 sec. smiling into the camera before they turn towards each other, then times out before they kiss. Most of the time, the faces don’t align. Paid version is just as bad. Prompts are auto-modified and times out even at 10 seconds. At least make PolloAI do as the name implies.

Gave me 900 coins and I made 15 videos already and not one is what I wanted. Terrible ai can’t read a prompt even though I tried having ChatGPT write a few text to video prompts. And it comes with zero prompts examples so you have to waste months to self learn how to get their ai to understand and make it. Horrible waste of money. 🧐

After subscribing and paying for the membership you still need to pay additional money to creat a video. What a rip off

God forbid you spent money on PolloAI and your AI generator glitches, it charged me 4 times for the same image even though none of them loaded AT ALL. Not to mention the subscription is anything but worth the price with what you’re given after spending 5.99 for only a week. Just a 100 coins (which, to do anything actually stable you’d spent a minimum that much) and watermark removal privileges. That’s sad, but thank everything great I didn’t spend any more, nor do I plan to.

Just waisted $12 and im getting a validation erro message and wasted my tokens to create an AI video. Was only able to make 2 videos trying it out, after the 3rd its been crashing and giving me errors. Dont waste your time

What a waste!!! You subscribe and pay, but you have to pay more for credits in order to generate videos. Then results are nothing like you requested so you end up wasting those credits too. How are apps like this allowed on PolloAI market? Clearly a scam.

I don’t understand why you have to pay for a subscription and then you get these credits for the limit of how you make videos you can make? That makes no sense, why am I paying for it then?

When you have 2 different pictures it does even out height so one looks like a giant. Person face changes as well. There are too many other apps that do a better job.

I pay 5:99 but my point is 0 why i cant do any thing it says there is no enogh credit but when i try to buy again it says your are already bayed please help

I actually had decent experiences with PolloAI. But whatever update you did, when I’m trying to create one of your AI prompted videos, it’s requiring 2 separate pictures to make AI instead of one. I’m trying to make a video of my daughter and her grandmother hugging, but instead of using one picture of both of them, it’s requiring 2 separate pictures or else I can’t create.

I had a few credits, and decided to go “pro”. Made the 5.99 weekly purchase and never got my credits. Still says I have 6.

I hate how little coins you can get for free but the ai videos are good
